Adorable Cute Hidden Jen!

Dar Kika Salam by DKS, another good find hidden gem!! We were welcomed with open arms by Hicham who would not let us lift a finger… Hicham carried all our items from the beginning to the end of our stay. He advised us where to walk, eat, and tour. The riad and room were exactly as advertised… footsteps to all Madina dining and shopping. The rooftop breakfast was simple and super cute all again served by the amazing Hicham!!! This is a gorgeous beautifully decorated riad! As long as you have done your research to understand riad style locations… you will enjoy Dar Kika Salam by DKS!

Excellent Riad, excellent location, great service and a spectacular rooftop terrace.

Great Riad in a fantastic location. Very grateful to the friendly staff who looked after us, whatever we need they supplied us with it, excellent service! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was outstanding, a real treat where one could unwind with a glass of wine, a dip in the small pool and take in the absolutely spectacular views. Really appreciate the snacks given to us the previous night as we had to leave at a very early hour the next morning. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Superb Riad, felt like home

Loved the Riad. Terrace is superb The location is ace Hishim couldn't do enough for us. All staff were lovely Breakfast was nice Comfy beds WiFi is sufficient Tagines are superb Homely feel

Lovely stay in the an absolutely gorgeous riad right in the center of Rabat

The location was perfect: close to Kasbah des Oudayas and in the medina. We had breakfast on the rooftop every morning and it was lovely. Also the service is just amazing, the personnel is extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

A traditional guest house in Rabat

DKS was a traditional, beautiful and comfortable riad near the entrance of the medina. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms are authentic and rich in colors and textures, and the meals were delicious. I had a few meals and snacks at the riad and everything the chef prepared was excellent. I was traveling alone and felt incredible safe the entire time. The staff even offered to have someone meet me at the entrance of the riad near a larger parking lot to accompany me home if I wanted that. DKS is also conveniently located near the water and Kasbah of the Udayas which are beautiful to walk through.

Being a solo female traveler walking home through the medina gave me some pause, but the riad is conveniently located at the entrance so I felt safe.

A wonderful and unexpected surprise.

The property is beautiful. It is in a great location easy to reach from your taxi drop off. And in walking distance to everything. The breakfast is very good. The beds are comfortable. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again and eat dinner here.

I wish the transfer from Casablanca would be less expensive.

Great location, right in front of the Kasbah of the Oudayas

The location is great, the terrace restaurant has fantastic view, very helpful staff.

The biggest problem that most riads have, the windows open to the courtyard, on the common passage. So very little natural light came into the room.

A wonderful place to stay during your visit to Rabat.

This was an excellent location in Rabat. we loved the property, the view, our room and the service and staff were exceptional. We were able to walk from the Rabat Ville train station.

Refreshingly unique experience where guests are really looked after well.

This property is situated within the Medina and just a short stroll away from the beautiful Kasbah des Oudayas and dramatic seafront. The riad is beautiful inside and there is a lift which takes you up to the terrace with absolutely stunning views of the sea, river and skyline. We felt very welcome when served tea on on arrival, on the terrace - Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast was also taken up there - warm even on November mornings. There is also a traditional tent (where you could sit and enjoy the views, sunset and sunrise) and little pool there - all so lovely indeed. Our room was very comfortable and private, feeling more like a home than an impersonal hotel. I would like to give a shout out to Hicham who made our stay a most enjoyable experience. He was very kind and attentive. I would love to visit again.

Incredible terrace, but some aspects are lacking for the price.

The terrace is truly truly amazing. The location is fantastic. It has an elevator! The rooms are well sized although a bit noisy.

Lot of noise. Problems with hot water. The only hotel in two weeks in morrocco that charge you for a tea. Breakfast could be better.

Perfect Stay

Perfect location very close to the entrance of the Medina and the Kasbah, Beautiful rooms and public areas.. Tasteful local Breakfast served on the rooftop with stunning views of the awsome city of Rabat. We could only stay for one night so we'll definitely be back on next occasion!! Thank you to to the whole team especially Hisham who made us feel very very welcome and at home!

Perfect

It was a very beautiful time in Morocco with Dar Kika Salam. The hotel is clean and in a beautiful central location. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The service staff are friendly. Above all, we had the pleasure with the service employee Hicham, he helped us with all matters and gave us good tips. We hope that when we come back, Hicham will be there too. Thank you Dar Kika Salam, thank you Hicham.

An interesting riad with great staff in a good location

THe location just inside the old medina was good. The staff were very obliging and explained how they were still in the throws of renovating - which I liked as I got to see some mosiacs being replaced. If you are out all day sightseeing the noise from the renovations wont be an issue.

I recommend this Riad to everyone. Really strategic position: inside the Medina, in 5 minutes walking you arrive to the beach. In 3 minutes walking you arrive to the Kasbah. The rooms are in perfect arabic style: beautiful floors and mosaic walls. Regenerating private bathtub. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the city and has a swimming pool ideal for cool relax. The staff is professional and at the same time familiar and friendly. I felt like in family 😃. In particular Aziza has always had the focus on my needs and gave me many useful advices to visit the most important places in Rabat. All amazing! unforgettable experience! Grazie, tutto bellissimo!

Nice stay in Rabat

The pool was very nice along with the views. Breakfast was delicious and the morrocan tea was nice.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people. Also the bathroom wasn't the best. One of the railings kept coming out with the slightest touch, the shower door handle was broken and i cut my foot off a protruding piece of metal getting out of the shower.

A nice traditional building in a convenient corner of the medina. Great views from the lovely rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served. The rooms are a bit dated for the price, but rather charming. The service was consistently excellent, and they agreed to move me to a larger room at no charge when I let them know I would need some extra space to work. Recommended.

The quality/price ratio may not be very good for the smallest rooms.

+ Great breakfast, amazing selection. + Awesome rooftop terrace. + Lift, which is uncommon for riads.

- The bathroom was clean, but it could definitely use an upgrade - there was mold and rust stains in the shower. - The staff was very nice, but somewhat inattentive.
