Boutique hotel setting on the river.

Great location with views from of the river. Walking distance to good restaurants and the river walk path and the locks and pier. Very quiet setting. We had a very large room. Nice clean rooms and simple but ample free breakfast offering with scenic dining area.

It is a bit dated with room lighting and minimal decor.

Just what I needed for a comfortable rest .

Nice decor. Quiet room. On the river.

I don’t like scented toiletries or chemical aromatherapy which I think was in the hallways to the rooms.

Fantastic stay! Will stay there again!!!

I received a phone call before I left home with the staff just checking in and giving instructions in case we had to check in late. Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel was quiet that weekend and so they upgraded us to a bigger room with a view of the river. What a wonderful surprise.

Absolutely Exceptional

Absolutely loved every second of my stay at Nuks. David at the front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for fun things to do locally. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious and had a gorgeous view of the river, and the breakfast was delicious with great variety. I cannot recommend this property enough

Very pleasant stay, quiet, and comfortable.

Well maintained, beautiful older building, suite rooms are great, don't get the Queesn size rooms, very small. Staff was very helpful and attended to our needs all the time. Would stay again if in the area. Great atmosphere for a small hotel.

They need a full size ice machine not a small table top unit. Breakfast needs more items/better selection.

Not what we had expected, or hoped for

The hotel employees were partying outside the entrance which was adjacent to our room. This went on until 1 AM.

I don’t think I’d stay again unless I couldn’t find anything else. Not worth the price at all.

The location on the water is beautiful. It’s generally quiet in the room. Hot water is pretty immediate, which is always nice.

The AC in the room was questionable. There were 2 units, but only one of them worked, so it was tough to keep the temperature even. The internet simply does not work. They use a home use router as a relay for a WI-FI signal and it has to be reset constantly. There is no way to use the internet for more than 5-10 minutes at a time without having to call to get it fixed, or simply going to the hallway to do it yourself. Got one of the rooms with a hot tub in it, and while it was nice, it did take about 40 minutes to fill. Some of the furniture was ready to fall apart, mainly the table the television was is on.

Beautiful old woodwork and brick walls. Room was small but clean, location to the river walk and a park were great.

Windows had blinds but not curtains so the sun streamed in at 6 am.

The staff was great and helpful - but the property has challenges.

The view! It was a great setting for accomplishing the work that I was doing from my room.

I was expecting a little more from a breakfast bar. More yogurts, fruits, variety of proteins...? Coffee was lacking...no plain half and half, only one flavor of creamer... Also I had trouble with the wifi that made working from my room difficult. I had to change rooms multiple times because of the TVs not working.

Great place to stay. Fantastic staff. Will stay there again if the need arises.

The decor is fantastic! Every staff member I had contact with was great. I was there due to a family member having medical care. I explained to the staff that I wasn’t sure if I’d be checking out or need to stay another night. They checked their reservation’s and upgraded my room so if I did need to stay again, the room would be available.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The location is great. Right on the river. Very accommodating. It was my wife and I anniversary so i asked the staff if they could have flowers or something put in the room. They went above and beyond and not only picked out a beautiful bouquet of flowers but also upgraded our room and got us a bottle of Champaign all complimentary.

My only dislike would be the smaller parking lot. The parking lot could be a little bigger.
