Décevant

L'emplacement (à l'écart de la route principale) Lit confortable

Niveau d'anglais trop faible pour pouvoir interagir avec les touristes Nous avons signalé : la chasse d'eau cassée (l'eau coule sans fin et la chasse d'eau ne peut pas se remplir, bruit d'eau qui coule permanent), poignée de fenêtre manquante (donc fenêtre ouverte en permanence) Réaction du personnel de l'hôtel : viennent constater les problèmes, peinent à reconnaître que c'est cassé et nous propose de fermer le robinet des toilettes en guise de solution (ce que nous avions déjà mis en place) et d'attendre le lendemain pour changer de chambre car pas de chambre équivalente disponible. Nous attendons pour finalement constater que le reclassement est un sous classement : 2 chambres plus petites proposées (6 mètres carrés, fenêtre cassée, porte absurde donnant sur un balcon positionnée derrière la tête de lit). Nous renonçons et reintégrons notre chambre initiale. Globalement le personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré très peu professionnel, semblait se ficher des problèmes signalés et nous devions systématiquement revenir vers eux pour avoir une réponse (qui au final est mauvaise)

Tout s’est bien passé, le logement est bien situé

Peu faire mieux sur la propreté La douche n’est pas très chaude L’isolation est pas top espérez ne pas avoir d’enfant

Shoe-free zone, be aware before booking

It’s located very close to the main attractions in Cameron Highlands, away from the loud street.

I was not aware that the entire hotel would be a “shoe-free zone”, as it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the description. I probably wouldn’t have booked this accommodation if I had known this. While this may be a part of some people’s culture, it’s not a part of mine, and I did not enjoy it being enforced on me.

Tranquil little getaways in walking distance to the heart of Tanah Rata

lokasi strategik. jauh dari hiruk-pikuk kota namun jarak ke tempat menarik di Tanah Rata hanya kurang dari 5 minit berjalan kaki. gaya homestay berkongsi yang sangat selesa dan menepati perincian yang diberikan.

bilik kurang pengudaraan. saranan supaya ada lubang udara yang bersesuaian di atas tingkap sedia ada atau kipas dua arah yang kebiasaannya tersedia di dalam bilik air.

Close to everything but not great customer service

Clean and close to restaurants and the town

I found the staff less accommodating than other places. The shower was cold despite keeping water heater on.

Left after the first night. Couldn’t wait to leave.

No breakfast. No coffee or tea facilities. No working shower. No hot water in room.

A great spot to explore the Cameron Highlands!

A lovely clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Good wifi speed if you require it. The location is great, tucked away from the main part but really close to walk to

Disappointing

No hot shower, no tv and didnt expect for it to be a guesthouse, because it says hotel in booking.com. so i was shocked when hear that the staff explained that they have change it into hotel but still maintain guesthouse style. Im sure many of the customers have got tricked by that.

Overall

Third time staying here and it has changed name. Reaching late at midnight but staff being helpful on check in progress. Strategic location, easy access to main street in 5 mins walking distance. Multiple food stalls around and convenience. Double bed room with fan and aircond, clean and comfy, as well as the bathroom. Towel and toiletries is provided, worth of the money. There is pantry with hot and cold water dispenser, free coffee and tea. Main entrance has a vending machine provided snack and drinks.

The air dryer is not working, probably is the socket problem. Fan and aircond without controller, can't adjust the speed or temperature. The little sink with a the mirror shelf on top has a very little space, and I feel dangerous while freshen up. The environment is cozy and chill, however we are unlucky as there are groups of big bikers staying together and they make quite loud noise.

Not value for money

Room too expensive for what you get. Shower is not warm and sink too small. Curtains didn’t block out lights from commmunal areas that were on all night. Walls paper thin and worked by other guests repeatedly.

A pleasant stay.

Good location. Friendly staff. Able to find a nearby car park easily.

No air con means need to keep window open, & woken up by noise outside (I’m a very light sleeper). Also be aware of the need to climb quite steep steps (our room was on L3).

Good location and comfortable but general cleanliness a bit lacking

Our room was comfortable and quiet and the communal spaces were really nice to have access to (there are seating areas with tables on every floor, as well as seating areas in the lobby of both buildings and outside). It was convenient to the centre but in a quiet location off the main roads so not noisy. We appreciated the water coolers but mugs/cups would have been helpful.

Guests are required to remove shoes inside the buildings/kitchen area/rooms which is common and not an issue in itself, however we found the floors both inside the buildings and in our room to be a bit dirty. Our room had hairs all over the floor when we first arrived which we wiped up ourselves, and there were hairs/debris on the floors in the building/common areas. It is nice that access is given to the kitchen but it didn’t seem very hygienic (there were very old looking items in the fridge so wonder how often it is cleared out) and the drying racks were a bit grubby. There was also a lack of mugs/cups for guest use, it would have been really nice to have a couple of mugs in our guest room.

healing place nice cold and friendly staff

room clean very quite place parking huge staff friendly decoration nice and elegan got many place to sit got many sofa and chair,have bbq set near mountain so very cold love the feeling healing time was great

please add tv at room and provided kettle for hot water .very far to go down to get hot water coway.i dont like share bathroom.next time i want bathroom inside room much more better

The place was strategic, easy access to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. 😊

No lift. It was quite tiring to climb up the stairs. Water heater wasn't hot enough and noisy.😞

- very cheap - good location short walk to town, but set back and quiet

- don’t really like the wet room bathroom style - shower water was cold 2 of our days there - pillows were really lumpy and uncomfortable

Perfect

Really lovely location. Close to town, shops and restaurants. Really quiet location too. Nice balcony. Great property itself as there were living room areas you could hang out in as well as kitchens to use.

Very nice!!!

Very nice hotel on good location. Very friendly staff. Free cold & hot water en communal kitchen. Multiple sitting areas inside and outside. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The shower. It is a small bathroom and when you shower you are almost standing against the toilet and every thing gets wet. I found that very uncomfortable. But you see this a lot in Asia.
