Won’t stay again

Location

Run down , needs a refresh. Wifi was terrible. No door on the ensuite bathroom. Single beds were very uncomfortable. Longes were uncomfortable Smelt damp and un aired. Appliances were older than the apartment itself. Over priced for what it is.

Nice unit. Separate bedrooms

Tap drips in 2nd bedroom. Shower screen needs replacing, accumulates grime. Bathrooms small and needs more towel rails or hooks. Access arrangements need including in description before booking.

Good, but not sure we would stay again.

Whilst the location near the beach was nice, as were the gardens, as we were there through a private rental, we had nothing to do with the staff or other facilities and couldn't access or ask about other facilities, like tennis court etc, restaurant and wellness centre were closed. Air con in each bedroom was great (as well as lounge area). Owners gave clear instructions and no need to meet to get keys etc.

The lack of a door on the ensuite to the main bedroom was a bit disconcerting and would disturb some more that me, especially if there are two of you in the main bedroom. All bathrooms are downstairs and you need to pass through either bedroom to access which won't suit everyone either. The front door was unreliable at locking and there were no instructions so sometimes it was left unintentionally unlocked. Super uncomfortable sofa bed upstairs. No streaming available on TVs.

Disappointing for the location and price.

Good location but the apartment needs some tender loving care. The fitted sheet was ripped at the seam, the carpet was very worn on joins and some places, provided towels very thin, and air conditioners would not heat.

Close to the beach

The single bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Did not like having to send photo of my licence to owner. Thought that was very strange. Next time would prefer to stay at one of the many caravan parks in the area 🙄

very disappointed and would not stay again.

the location

we booked through Booking.com and did not realise it was an Air B&B. the instruction on Booking.com were incorrect with wrong Pin to gain access. there were no facilities open at the resort except the pool. the apartment smelt like cigarettes and was not cleaned properly. the bed was very uncomfortable, sheets were cheep with balls on the fabric from over washing cheap sheets. the bed and pillows smelt off. after travelling for 4 weeks having good experiences this was extremely disappoint and felt it was misleading in all areas. needs a good clean, new bed, sheets and upgrade to be what it advertised.

Spacious and clean apartment. Helpful host and great location.

Only suggestion is the kitchen could do with some more cutlery and crockery.

Great place and amazing owner but could be better looked after.

The location was amazing. And the owner Mark and Lyndall were amazing in communication and very helpful. I checked in late but they help out me to find out the exact location, WiFi password and allowed me extra time to check out. Then contacted me immediately as I left my clothes in the unit. Very appreciated.

Cleanliness. I found a snail and a few insects in the bathroom (may be due to the rain). Also two spiders.

With minor things fixed, would be a great place for a longer holiday.

Amazing location right on the beach.

Strong odour of fish upstairs in the laundry and kitchen. Key to access pool not provided. Television screen was faulty - it had bright circles in different places on the screen.

Disappointing, don’t advertise things that aren’t available 😡😡

Ocean view, walk to beach, quiet

Safety concerns with no hand rail on stairs, uncomfortable hard lounge, advertise with bar and restaurant but they were permanently closed. Not as clean as I would like, had to but more toilet paper. No clock. Couldn’t connect to wifi.

Family getaway

The view from upstairs was phenomenal 😍 The apartment was super cosy for our little family and the spa bath just tops it off! Love that there is a little kitchen too to cook breaky in the morning

The only issue was the sofa bed was actually a futon so not super comfy for sleep but our son just slept with us

Over priced for false advertising. Would not have stayed the second night, could not refund?

Location is great accomodation was as advertised

No restaurant, gym, sauna, day spa, games room as advertised (all were in shambles and run down) pool gate was locked the entire stay.

This unit is not suited for a busy family, extra facilties like games room are out of order, not very clean, upstairs toilet walls visible with urine and dust, spa jets and tiles covered with mould vanity in poor condition. 1 full roll of toilet paper available for a family of 5. 3? Batteries for all remotes aircon & tv. Poor management and being charged for missing light globes and damage i had 100% nothing to do with and a dirty FRYPAN! no privacy with kitchen blinds broken and dirty grease covered dishes and rangehoods.
