Do not stay there unless you are used to such conditions

Location

Bathroom is extremely small and stinky. Laundry doesn’t work, was told it did. Kitchen is filthy. Wouldn’t even dare to eat there.

Super kind owner! Crystal clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet surroundings. The room has hangers and a desk.

Great location and very nice owner in Vanadzor

Very well located in Vanadzor. My room was spacious and luminous and the living room is spacious too. The owner has been very welcoming and helpful whenever I needed. He is very reactive when you write to him.

The only thing I liked less was the bathroom which has no window. For the rest, I enjoyed my 2 night stay.

The host was very helpful in arranging my visit to the monasteries. Gave his hp and always ready to respond. Spoke good English and was clear in communication. Got a free upgrade of the room.

Nice, comfy, perfectly clean accomodation right in the center, close to the bus station and the market. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus. I'm very sory for my mistake, when I after influence of delicious local beer can't find the right door and the owner came and opened the right one for me, cause I tried to open the neighbour's one...

Perfect place to stay for visiting Vanadzor.

Fabulous and spacious apartment! We visited in December and it was very warm and comfortable. The apartment had everything you could need and was very clean. Our host had perfect English and gave his number if we needed anything, if even to translate when organising a taxi or the bus. Excellent value for money. I would certainly stay here again! Just to note that the stairs up are icy in winter so just take care.

A large, clean and confortable room with a private bathroom ! A nice little Armenian restaurant (Minigo) right next door.

Be careful while opening the windows, it can be dangerous as there are no fence.

Great place, me and my friend stayed 2 nights and it couldn't be better. Right in the middle of the city, just 5 minute walk from the main square. The host is very nice and helpful. Very spacious apartment, 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room, kitchen, toilet. Includes everything for a nice vacation. Recommended, will come back during my next visit to Vanadzor!

The place is in the very center of the city.

1. The place is not the one you see in the photos: this was the biggest disappointment. 2. Not clean. 2. The shower handle was broken. 3. The checkout is mentioned at 12:30, but it was actually at 12.

Enjoyable Experience

Space: two bedrooms, one kitchen, huge living room with a Smart TV. Location: right in the center of Vanadzor, close to Hayk square and supermarkets. Host: Armen is very nice, spoke with us in English

If you have toddlers, then open windows could be a safety hazard.
