Good seaview, clean room, beautiful clean beach down.

Noisy road and drinks apparatus, this big five-room apartment where each room is rented separately, if you want privacy and be secluded it doesn’t fit, midday I see the cleaning lady and I don’t feel freedom.

Overall a great and cozy apartment

The host is very nice and welcoming and has been fantastic to us. The apartment looks great, everything is new and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. There is air conditioning, coffee machine and everything you might need. It's a 10 min walk from the centre. Overall really happy with it.

There is a vending machine in the hallway which makes a lot of noise, but we had earplugs on so we had no issues sleeping. If we didn't it would have been a problem for us personally because we could hear it very clearly. Something that is not the fault of the hosts but the other guests were extremely noisy at unacceptable hours and we had issues with them every single night. I would really like to see a sign in the hallway that noise after 11pm is unacceptable, because we were forced to listen to them shouting and slamming doors until 3am. This is just our luck but as no one can tell what kind of people will be visiting at the same time, having this as a rule and a sign would be really nice I think. :)

Superb

The studio was really nice, clean, with an incredible view. We had coffee and a small gift from the host. We enjoyed every moment there, it was hard to go outside with that view. Sure we will come back.

The snack machine was noisy all night long.

The hosts are pretty nice and helpful. They gave recommendations about the city, left coffee, and olives in the room 🫒 It was tidy and clean, and the lighting was perfect.

We thought we would have a room with a sea view, maybe that was our misunderstanding. We stayed for 2 nights, and the second day, when we entered the room, we got a smell of some perfume over a bit of smoke. However, overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Wonderful sea view

Seafront Apartment, wonderful Aegean sea view… Big two rooms and great balcony. Reservation Manager Aneta is very kind person, she was very helpful throughout the booking and our stay. We have much satisfied with our stay.

Very good 3 days in Kavala

Very good hospitality, clean and modern room, we haven' t got sea view , but this isn' t so important because apartment' s location is very good, close to city center and sea. Thank you for everything.

Pleasure time in a great location close to the center of the city with a great view from the balcony

The host is really kind and welcoming, she helped us with many things, showed us nice locations of the city. We were feeling very comfortable in our stay. The view is breathtaking. The sunset over the old town of Kavala is magnificent from the point of view if the apartments.

Amazing place in the Romantic Kavala

We liked everything! The place is at first line looking at the sea with a gorgeous terrace. Very close to the Perigiali Beach. Everything is at 20 minutes walk. Kavala is marvellous so enjoy the walk. Also, ask Thomas about everything he will give you the best info about food, coffee etc. The apartment itself is furnished in a modern style and equipped with kitchen appliances. Everything is very clean :) Enjoy your stay at Kavala and we will come back!
