Home away from home!

Convenient location Very nice condo layout. Decor was nice and felt very home away from home.Very comfortable and kid friendly. Appreciated having a washer and dryer and at least one laundry pod available upon arrival. Appreciated having a few snacks, oatmeal, spices and coffee pods available. Pool area was great!

Condo wasn't fully cleaned upon our arrival. It would have been nice to have some cleaning wipes or other cleaning products on-site to clean as the week went along. Only one extra toilet paper roll and garbage bag left.

Wonderful stay in Pigeon Forge!

Our family stay at River Crossing was fantastic! The condo was super clean, comfortable, had a very well eqipped kitchen, and was a perfect location for all the activities in Pigeon Forge. What more could one want? The location was away from all the noise, yet within minutes of all the fun. My husband and I enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony, and our teen age grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. I give the owners five stars and a big thank you for sharing their lovely condo with our family!

Wonderful!

The condo was exceptional! Very Clean and smelled so good. The bed slept the Best! Very pleased with such a beautiful condo!

The elevator!!😂I gave bad knees and the elevator was a blessing for me due to being on the 5th floor. I love staying here!

Wonderful, plan to stay here again.

Location is great, close to everything but quiet. Nice touches by the owners, made you feel very much at home.

The only downside this time staying here was the hot tub was unavailable to use.

Exceptional

The beds were great and loved the sauna in the bathroom. Plenty of room and loved the location.

The washer didn't work so we couldn't wash towels and clothes but we were ok.

A wonderful little weekend getaway!

Very quiet but still very close to all attractions. No worrying with checking in at a front desk. Beautiful view of the river.

great get away

we loved that the condo was so close to everything. it was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. it has been updated since the pictures on booking.com. very nice room. they provide everything you need. even large shampoo and conditioner bottles. they really have though of everything

The Condo was in a area that was a short distance from everything not a long drive

The Condo was in a area that was a short distance from everything but was not in the heart of town and was quiet. The ducks in the creek was awesome to watch.

Since it is a condo, no breakfast included but the kitchen was well stocked and close to many restaurants to eat.

Loved how well maintained the condo was and that the resort was pretty ducked off but still close to everywhere we needed to go.

only issue we had was those night time shield looking bugs that came in if we left either door open for longer than a few seconds.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was homey and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year!!

Very nice condo, great responsiveness and service from owners

Great location, close to all attractions, but off the main drag so it was very quiet

The only negative was that the pool was closed for one entire day for cleaning.
