Aceptable para una estancia sencilla

El anfitrión muy simpático, no nos puso problema para hacer el checkin antes de la hora indicada y el último día nos dejó salir mas tarde a las 17h

El sitio tenía las instalaciones muy anticuadas, y abajo había una sala común con cocina, baño y ducha que dejaba bastante que desear. Las habitaciones eran sencillas para dormir y ducharse pero nada más, algunos enchufes no funcionaban.

Relación calidad precio

1.- El personal de recepción: el chico de recepción muy poco interesado. Llegamos y nos estuvo esperándole mientras estaba sentado en el sofá con el móvil. Cuando nos atendió no teníamos ni habitación asignada. 2.- Las instalaciones: de tres enchufes solo iba uno. El estado de la habitación y del hostal en general estaba muy anticuada, rancia y dejada. Necesita una renovación urgente.

Pésima experiencia

Está cerca de la zona de bares de Benicàssim pueblo.

A la 1 de la madrugada, ya dormidos, otra pareja entró en nuestra habitación porque nos habían dado las llaves de la misma habitación a ambos. Menudo susto te llevas cuando te despiertas porque alguien acaba de entrar a tu habitación mientras duermes… sin contar que cuando vas a un hotel dejas tus maletas y todas tus cosas, te vas por ahí y resulta que puede entrar mientras cualquiera.. INCREÍBLE ese fallo de llaves por parte del chico de la recepción (que tampoco destacó por su simpatía cuando llegamos…) ADEMÁS, hostal antiguo con colchones incómodos, sin gel ni champú en el baño, el enchufe del baño no funcionaba.. Por 55€ no esperaba un hotelazo pero tampoco lo que me encontré. NADA RECOMENDABLE

Bastante aceptable. Para una noche, dos a lo sumo

Pues el sitio aceptable para pasar una noche o dos a lo sumo porque es muy viejo el edificio y está en una zona de bastante ocio en la que no descansas bien. En la recepción nos hicieron esperar bastante una vez hecho el chek-in, no sabemos el por qué. Pero en general, aceptable.

El tiempo de espera para entrar a la habitación, lo viejo que era el edificio y que no había secador, gel de ducha ni accesorios que normalmente hay en las habitaciones

El trato de Carmen y las personas de recepción fue exquisito. Muy atentos!!! la localización buena.

No tiene aire. No pasas calor de noche, de hecho dormí arropada en pleno julio, pero si de día, aunque tiene ventilador de techo.

Not worth it. There is zero chances you will sleep here, you can hear people breathing next door as if they were in your room. Would never ever book again. I’m sorry I believed any of the good reviews.

Great location, very clean, all the basics everything you need. Friendly staff. Lovely traditional feel. Amazing balcony and view. Thanks!

A little noisy from the street until the early hours. But loved our balcony/the atmosphere so dealt with it. Maybe something to consider if staying with a young family....

Great location, great staff

The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond for their guests. If you’re going to the festival, great location to walk there, also great not too far away from the beach. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and the street is still quiet at night!

Basic, comfortable hotel in a great location. Amazing staff and happy guests

The staff were wonderful, I felt like we were old friends! The room was basic but very clean and comfortable and in a great location. I was nicknamed 'The girl with the hammer' (I was going camping at the festival) but it made us all laugh 🤣

With it being summer, a small fridge would have been amazing, but even without, I was happy.

They were much nicer than we expected. They could help in evereything what we needed so Thank You everything! We hope we meet as soon as possible again!

We got what we expected at a hostel. It isn't a Hilton but doesn't matter:-)

Great locality to enjoy the most out of Benicassim

- great locality, close to restaurant, shops - 10 min walk to the beach - we came to FIB so it was just in the middle - between festival and beach :) - 15 min to Aquarama - room was cleaned every day

- room was quite small - not enough space around the bed - we did not understand why we had to leave our IDs overnight, beause of some police or what..
