En général assez positif, il correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Bien situé à deux pas de tout plage, digue, commerces, centre-ville et.. Légère gène (vibrations et bruit) dû au passage de tram côtier. Bien équipé, avec bonne surprise un lave-vaisselle non annoncé... un petit manque de verres Literie confortable. La salle de bain mérirerait un chauffage un peu plus puissant alors que pour les autres pièces aucun problème à ce niveau. UN BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Petit souci à l arrivée mais vite réglé grâce à la gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire. Le bien était lumineux, bien équipé. Petite cuisine ultra fonctionnelle. Les 3 grandes fenêtres permettent de voir la mer et le passage de la rue. L appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons. Ça c est certain

très bien dans l'ensemble, quelques manques par ex: pas assez de vaisselle verre, assiettes en tous genre plate, creuse. J'aurais aimé aussi qu'il y ait au moins 2 essuies de vaisselle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble à quelques dizaines de mètres de la digue avec vue sur la mer. L'appartement est très lumineux, très fonctionnel et confortable. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent. les petits problèmes rencontrés à notre arrivée ont été immédiatement résolus de façon très satisfaisante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute au même endroit. Merci Monsieur Cayeux pour votre réactivité et votre gentillesse. Jean-Yves et Marie Nervet

+Die Wohnung was nah am Strand.Man kann auch an Meer blicken.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit alles in der Nähe. -Wenn man in einer Wohnung übernachtet es muss SAUBER sein. Da kennt man nicht war Sauber ist. Die beiden Toiletten sind so Ekelhaft .Gar nicht einmal geputzt. In den Schränken sind ungewaschene Bettwäsche abgestaubt. Gab keine funktionsfähigem Staubsauger. Als Wir da waren , was das Haus nicht sauber. Überall Sand und Schmutz. Ausserdem die Boden der Schränke waren voll mit Staub. Das Fernseher-Regal war auch voll mit Staub. Man hat die Wohnung seit Wochen gar nicht sauber gemacht. Ich werde nicht noch einmal diese Wohnung Buchen und werde auch keiner es Empfehlen. Sauberkeit = Null. -Parkplätze könnte man nicht benutzen weil ein anderes Auto da geparkt war. Ich habe mein Auto draussen geparkt mit Gebühren. Das Geld dass ich für die Garage bezahlt habe, habe ich aus dem Fenster geworfen. Nie wieder.

Bon séjour à la PANNE. Appartement ageéable avec un ebelle pièce de vie, Une kitchenette bien fournie en ustensile, il n'y manque de rien . La proximité d el'esplanade est très agréable et le centre de la ville est à deux pas. Il ya tout sur place même pas besoin de la voiture pour les courses. La possibilité du parking est pratique car le contrôle par la POLITIE est très fréquente.

Dit mooie appartement ligt vlakbij de dijk in het centrum van De Panne en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een lift is aanwezig. De keuken is gerieflijk en volledig uitgerust (o.a. vaatwasser). De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Dit appartement is per dag te huur en uitstekend geschikt voor een korte of lange vakantie aan de zee. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la vue sur la mer est très agréable ainsi que le fait d'être à 2 pas de la plage, le studio est très satisfaisant pour 2 personnes. Je n'hésiterai pas à réserver le même studio pour un autre Séjour à platja d'aro.

appartement tres clair, super bien équipé, tout l'utile, et au dela s'y trouve (pas de lave vaisselle mais bon....ce sont les vacances, pas de grand diner non plus a preparer mais tout s'y trouve), immeuble calme, vu que 1 seul appart par etage, a deux pas de la digue visible de la loggia, restos et commerce divers tout a coté, les deux plus pour moi, tout d'abord, j'ai pu y emmener mes loulous avec moi, c'est bien pratique pour tous et le box garage a quelques dizaines de metres de l'appartement. Genial, mais aussi facilité de transport a 10 m, le tram. Un ascenseur aussi dans l'immeuble. Enchantée de mon séjour. Merci.

This year we had two weeks and it was very very good. The appartment is well situated and the shops and beach are within walking distance. We are hoping to go back next year.

"Very satisfied with everything. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. The position was excellent-close to the sea and beach, the shops, bars/cafes and restaurants and the town centre. Also only a few yards from the tram stop where you could take a tram following the coast almost to Holland for only 6 Euros return. Great holiday in every way-we will definitely book for next year.
