Ratings and reviews

Good stay. The room has three beds and a pull out bed.
1.0 / 5.0
The room had weird stain behind main entrance running up the wall. Second bed had brown stain under blankets but due to time between checkin and actually going to sleep not able to complain as they only give set time to find issues with room. Mass amounts of flies in the room. For price paid not quality but expected.

The hotel is very nice and actually has a bar inside. The only 2 issues where no elevator and tge trains runs almost all night across the street.
1.5 / 5.0
The room was not well maintained. The water temperature was terrible, the temperature would vary from cold to hot and back again throughout a single shower. The bed was comfortable but the desk chair had broken wheels and there were not enough plugs for charging phones, watches, and running a CPAP.

Not so good had to check out early I paid for a week stayed there 3 days they said I had to get a hold of hotel.com for a refund of the remainder of my stay. Hotels.com said they paid the hotel I need to contact them. All I got was a runaround every other place I have booked always gave a refund with out me even asking. Very disappointed

Older property. Quiet property. Very large room. Picture doesn't do it justice. Beautiful courtyard with fountain. Well maintained. Bed was comfy. I have a very bad back and bed wasn't a problem! Sonic next door.

This is an older hotel originally was a Holiday Inn. It is a nice place to stay. Room was huge, bed very comfortable and the area quiet. The bar was great with a very friendly bartender.

Loud as it is by railroad tracks. Old carpet, unused rooms ( probably used to be a conference center)

The neighbors were sitting outside and making a lot of noise. The train went by about every half hour and would blow their whistle

Went for funeral of son's longtime girlfriend. Horrible reason for being there, but the hotel was relatively nice.

This is an old property. But we were really comfortable. Love there customer service.

If you are wondering why this hotel is so cheap, it's the trains coming through every 15 minutes. It's a good, older little hotel that's probably been recently redone. I'm hard of hearing so it didn't bother me much. The guy traveling with me wears hearing aids, so he shut it off.

Clean rooms, fellow travelers were a little sketchy. Breakfast was a 4 of 10, but served the purpose of something to eat.

This was just an overnight stay to get some rest on our way home from Arizona. Clovis is a dirty city on the New Mexico/Texas state line

Worse hotel I have stayed at! Room was fairly clean but the breakfast and staff were BAD
2.5 / 5.0
The property is older and has an 80s vibe.
Variety for breakfast would have been nice.. The premade egg patty had no flavor an i could have used it to play hockey..
The gravy for breakfast biscuit was watery and little taste..BUT breaking up the spicy sausage patty mixing into gravy turned out to be a good result.
The bed was soft and clean but the springs in the matress would sing when ypu rolled over... Couitous would alert everyone in nearby rooms what was going on..

Service in the lobby was excellent, the gentleman who checked me and made sure I stayed some more close to Camren coverage and Safe by the front doors. Traveling alone. Hotel and room itself, older and more rundown.

We couldn't make it on the first night due to everyone not being able to get out of work in time to make the 6 hour drive. SO, i called ahead and let them know and they checked me in so i didn't lose my reservation. Overnight (2) of our travelers came down with a flu type bug (fever, chills, cough). Which im sure you didn't want to be spread around your hotel. The cancellation policy that i have on my reservation states you forfeit the first night's stay and can be refunded the rest. Which I'm sure if i was there in person would not have been an issue. Cancellation states that it goes off of the hotels policy. Well, that didn't happen. Handful of emails later from a rep at Expedia stated they could not get ahold of anyone at the property so i was going to have to forfeit the entire trip per there policy. So i was lied to numerous times. Every time i contacted the hotel they picked up with the second ring. They said I had to speak with Expedia. So for the Holiday weekend being a bust from two of our people getting the flu. I had the pleasure of giving away $300.00 for something that before sites like this existing would never have even been a question. Especially for Wyndam. So i appreciate help and understanding in this situation. Please make sure to remove me from any future emails. Seeing as it is only going to remind me of the of the fantastic holiday weekend we had in Clovis, NM.

Room was noisy as I could hear room next door very well. Two ladies talking sounded like they were in my room. Also lots of outside noise. Walls very thin.

Looks older on the outside but the rooms are nice and updated

Ac didn’t work well if at all. The tv was so small you could watch it from the bed or the couch. There was tons of water damage to the walls too.
