This place is not acceptable the first floor had a roach, the manager did not want to give us a new room right away, we had to fight for it! There is no breakfast given. The manager of the establishment can be very nasty as well. The rooms can be dirty, I wouldn't recommend this place unless someone is literally going to wind up on the street otherwise!

The place was not like the pictures on the internet. Mold in the room, lights not working, filthy bathroom in need of great repair, stained fitted sheet. Just horrible. It needs to be closed down. No refund on reservations made via the listing on Expedia.

It was disgusting. The pics on Expedia are fake. Nothing like the room. There was 1 basic lock on the door. There was soil spots on sheets, there was a pubic hair on the shower. Very nasty. It looked like something you rent for a quickie. I wanted my money back and they kept 1 day of the 2 because of a penalty for not cancelling on time. It was a bait and switch.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean, quiet. One sleepless night due to a broken mattress frame, but as soon as we complained we were given another room. Another time we could not open the door, they tried different ways but only the master key worked. You get what you pay for I will Never be there again??

I like that they do not require a deposit or a major credit card for deposit. The front desk was employed by very kind professional people that printed out important documents for me multiple times during my stay and answered any questions I had about my reservation.

Im giving this property a couple of stars because i REALLY wanted to get in the hot tub which i booked and only two jets worked out of 4. It was hair in the tub and hanging in places. I REALLY was looking forward to ENJOYING a RELAXING hot tub but i couldn't because of the jets not working and it was REALLY LOUD noise from the tub. Im so DISAPPOINTED 😞 😞

I stay in cheap hotels around the country, and this one may be the worst. Filthy, sketchy, not worth saving a few bucks to stay at this one. I asked to switch rooms because the cigarette and weed stench, got switched to one that just got a bleach-heavy clean. But the new one was even worse. When I left I told them this, and they said “yeah, it’s the vents in the bathroom”. Lots of smarmy characters milling around day and night. Loud music, neighbors smoking weed. Trust me and skip this one.

Lovely! I really love the updated paint of the building. It is seriously picturesque. Also, staff is super friendly and helpful. We struggled from beginning to end between finding our ID to our ESA documents. She was incredibly kind and patient with me and kept me from having a panic attack. We’ve relocated recently and had a few discrepancies with getting lease documents so we kept needing to extend. I was very grateful to them. On top of the services, the rooms were immaculate and we got to watch tons of movies on the flat screen. Definitely helped us (as parents) safe face with our children. Thank you so much.

The room I was given smelled like pure poop and the toilet didn’t flush smelt like septic issues. I was reassigned rooms and the bed made me itchy I had to stay a week and isn’t care to keep saying things about the issues here. But I got home with a sinus infection from breathing in that dirty air conditioning vents need to be cleaned I took the one out the poop room and scrubbed it the other room it was nailed to the unit shut couldn’t clean it at all

The management at this property were rude and very incompetent at running a hotel. They would not listen and refused to work with me when I had issues checking in. The hotel itself is disgusting and unfit for the price they’re charging.

When I got in my room I had bloody sheets and cried my first stay because this is not what the pictures looked like online and it was extremely muggy and hot in the lobby and elevator I had to stay here because I am here on work and didn’t have a choice or my money wouldn’t be returned. I have to be back next week and will be looking for a air bnb because this was a horrible experience and spending 355 for 4 days and have a room as nasty as this one was never again please give real pictures and stop playing with people

This trip was terrible from start to finish. It began when we checked in and the girl at the desk told us she had to see “if” our room was clean. We get to the room and the lights don’t work in our bathroom, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The bed had a flat pillow and they couldn’t find an extra pillow. The bathtub didn’t drain and the stopper just stayed stuck in the tub. The toilet didn’t fully flush and made loud noises for 5 minutes after being flushed. The WiFi didn’t connect unless you were in the lobby and the blinds didn’t even fully cover the window so lights from outside were coming into the room all night.

This hotel is awful. Really AWFUL. Worsest hotel ever. We checked in but did NOT sleep there. There was blood on the walls and on the mattress. It was really dirty and embarrasing. We did not feel safe at all, therefore we moved to another hotel for the night. Never ever we can recommend somebody to stay there. We will file a claim as well to get our money back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is an old property in need of a total remodel. Anything metal in the room had rust on it. The fixtures were functional however, drains ran slow and toilet did not flush completely the first time. Linens were clean but old. Microwave door was rusty. Will pass on staying again until a remodel is done.

Was bothered by a homeless man as soon as I got out of my car. He followed me all the way into the hotel. Staff told him to go to his room. Knowing that this man was staying there made me feel unsafe.

The rooms were dirty. The staff was not accommodating.There were people smoking marijuana in the breezeway when we had to walk to our room the door to the room could not lock Security . The walls were painted horribly when my spouse took off their socks to go shower, the carpet was soaked and wet and that’s when we decided to leave Asked for a refund and they did not accommodate me. I reached out to expedia.com and they did not rectify the situation and did not return my money. Do not stay at this place. It does not even rate a one star

There is nothing unique about this property. IT HAS A SERIOUS ANT INFESTATION. FOUND BLUE PAINT TAPE ON THE WALL, WHICH LEADS TO MY NEXT OBSERVATION. THE HINDU 🕉 OWNERS HIRE CHEAP ASS MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. THE HINDU OWNERS HIRE A CHEAP ASS PERSONNEL

OMG! it was so dirty. Dead insects all over the carpet, the bathtub extremely dirty. I was so tired and got to the hotel late, so I did not ask for another room. EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE THIS HOTEL. In my entire life, I never so a worse place. The building is so old and badly maintained. I’m surprise this place can be in business in that state
