I booked a large king suite. When I arrived, they checked me into a regular king room. I asked for the suite I booked or cancel my reservation. They gave me a small king suite at the price of the large suite I booked. I reluctantly accepted.

I had reserved a suite for my stay but there were none available for the first three nights so we were downgraded to a regular room while waiting for a suite to open up.

A little disappointed when compared to previous reviews. My nonsmoking room smelled like someone smoked a bag of pipe tobacco. There were no other comparable rooms available and they did try to deodorize but that smell was almost as overpowering. Friendly staff that were willing to do what they could to make our stay better. In general, a convenient location with easy access to highways and Loudon .

Was hard to sleep at night, noise that sounded like a jet going overhead? Don't know if it was the AC or what ? Get rid of that noise and you'll be golden.

2nd year in a row staying here to visit family. Very clean; staff is great; breakfast is not lavish but it’s good and enough. Don’t stay on the first floor - it’s noisy. They would have moved us - the staff is very helpful - but we had already unpacked and it wasn’t unbearable. Pet-friendly.

The bathtub was unsafe because the center of the tub was caved in. Impossible to safely stand. Beds too high, difficult to get into. The workers were pretty nice, tho.

Nice and comfortable. Stains at the bottom of the pool that didnt look so good. There was also a visible sticky mouse trap in the bathroom of the common area. Breakfast was tasty.

Property is under construction and was noisy and messy with the work they're doing. Pool/hot tub needed cleaning. Room we booked wasnt as described but front desk tried to help with different room. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here overnight just to shower and sleep during a roadtrip. The employees were friendly. Breakfast was what you’d expect of a continental breakfast. The room was very large and the shower had good water pressure. We would stay again if we needed to stop in the area!

Lowest rating possible given by this guest - ask me why! Was the hotel neat & clean? Yes. Was the room & bed comfortable? Yes. So what's my beef? Any business you care to mention is at the mercy of management. Both the night manager and the manager on duty the following day couldn't care less about their jobs. Both my wife and myself have stayed at this hotel over the years, both together and separately in our travels, and we have always found the hotel to be a bastion of southern hospitality. No more. While I understand a business may want to bill itself as being "pet friendly" that does not give license to being tone deaf to the needs of the other, non-pet owning guests. On the occasion of this stay, June 3-4, I showed up after a long drive and was soon dead-to-the-world until a yapping dog cut loose around 10:30 right outside of my door. I literally jumped from the startle reflex. During the next several hours it took me to get back to sleep I could hear dogs barking in other parts of the building. The following morning I was #2 in line behind another guest complaining to the tone-deaf day manager about his experience in this dog pound. The manager's voice was dripping with condescension as he told both of us in so many words to stay elsewhere next time. Clearly, this chain is scraping the bottom of the barrel for management personnel, and it shows in the unengaged demeanor of these two managers. I/we will not be staying here again.

Everything was good but the pool wasn’t heated and the king size bed killed my side cause mattress was sinking on both side of the bed. Had to put pillows under the bed just to Keep it level. Honestly I’ll never rent a room though them again. Sorry $150 something a night not worth it.

Honestly we usually have a good experience here but on our last stay it was noisy as heck. Like the sounds of stomping and vacuuming (?) At 10pm. We use this as a stop over stay too and from FL so after driving all day we really didn't appreciate the loud noises while we were trying to rest.
