Would not stay here again. I am past the smelly motel rooms that has roaches... the room was neat and clean. The toilet kept on "auto flushing" at irregular intervals in he night. roaches were trying to hide everytime i switched on a light bulb.

I arrived, checked in for my 2 night stay and headed towards my assigned room. On my way, I passed a bunch of lowlife men drinking beer, and smoking marijuana, as I walked by rude comments were made. I continued toward my room and went up the stairs to find another group of men doing the same thing!! I felt unsafe!! As a female traveling alone, I decided not to stay. I went back to the front desk told him I felt unsafe and wanted to refund. I was assured I would be fully refunded. I left and had to scramble around late that evening to find another place to stay. I then checked my debit card to be charged twice for this day and not refunded!! I called the property and was told they processed a refund but I still do not see anything on my bank statement. I will wait a few more days for the credit to post. If not, I will protest it with my bank. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

The location is prime. If you want to visit DC and save money. This is a great option, the metro is a 3 minute walk, Walmart is a 5min walk plus various restaurants.

We needed a place for one night and this establishment did the trick, with no frills. The property is aged but clean and reasonably well maintained. Free parking and an adequate if unexciting breakfast made it feel like good value for money. We were disappointed, however that the outdoor pool was already closed for the season on September 10, despite 85-degree temps that week and despite factoring in a dip in a pool when we chose where to stay. The Expedia ratings are about where we landed on our rating, but you do get what you pay for in the expensive DC area.

Not the newest place, but certainly functional and clean enough. Great value when considering the price and it’s proximity to Metro. I stayed for a night before an early Dulles departure and I arrived by Metro with luggage and the walk was easy even rolling two bags. Good stay.

I want to hate this place and god knows it is beyond in need of a refresh, seriously rough. But oddly comfortable beds and possibly the best water pressure in a shower ever. For the area unbelievably cheap and only 200 yards from a metro stop. Would probably stay again.

Property is clean inside and outside. Parking was convenient and right outside the rooms. Tysons Corner shopping center is less than a mile away. Spring Hill Metro is only a 5 min walk.

Clean and comfortable room. The room is dated and carpet could stand to be replaced. I had issues twice with the room key working on the door and had to return to the front desk on two separate occasions to get the keys redone.

The staff is friendly but the area is run down. Room right beside the old ice maker that makes nothing but noise. Bed is uncomfortable and seens to be a double instead of a queen.

Will never stay here again. Felt like a motel where people go for sex and then leave. No room service. The room never got cleaned and never received fresh towels nor had my bed made. None of the vending machines had any drinks. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Only good about this place is that it is close to everything.

The first room I had an issue with the AC not shutting off all night. I requested a room change which they honored. Also the water coming out of the faucet was very low. They need a new maintenance person I think. The room was very small too. I did feel safe there and it’s a good location. The free breakfast isn’t too bad. More fruit would be nice.

This property is always littered. I’ve been staying there often during the past 2.5 years. There’s always some litter lying about…this stay however there was more, wherever you looked. And the employees don’t care…I saw 4 different employees going about doing their work and walking by the litter in front of my unit…paper, plastic bags, cigarette butts, empty beverage containers, etc., you name it. They just walk by it all. I even complained about it (at the office) after two days, and it was still there, in front of my unit and elsewhere, today on the third day when I left. Slobs…those that leave their garbage anywhere and those that don’t bother cleaning up their property; they have no pride. Also, the breakfast is always the same…eggs and sausage, never potatoes or any other variety. Everything else is also the same. The same cereal, bread, etc., all the same. At least you don’t need to go out for breakfast, but seriously….

We got there 30 minutes early but the front desk made us wait until 3pm to check in. The room was clean but very small compared to similar rooms of the same rate. It was hard for the two of us to move around at the same time. The bed was smaller than expected for two people. Minimal choices for breakfast. There were some guests who appeared to live there and the smell of weed was almost constant. Within walking distance to the Spring Hill Metro station.
