Nice clean place that had everything you need with restaurant on property, a little noisy at times but was ok for the most part, will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The pool was amazing, and the reason we chose the hotel. Our guestroom was very dated. The toilet leaked. The toiletries offered in the room were barely enough for one person, let alone the 3 who were travelling. We purposely did not bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash because hotels we've recently stayed in supply these for guests. We had to go out and purchase these items.

The hotel room was roomy and I like the layout with the a mirror area to get ready separate from the bathroom. I don’t love all the carpeting, the hotel is older, and has a smoke smell to it.

Looking for a place to rest before the craziness started for my sister’s wedding weekend. It fit the bill of a place to rest and refuel. The floor plan is a bit confusing but once you traveled it a few times, it became easier.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It’s an older hotel and it shows its age. The room was ok, but public areas need better upkeep and cleaning. The breakfast is included but we found it inferior to most hotels in this price range - watery coffee is just not acceptable. There is only one small elevator for a 4-floor hotel. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay which was quite inconvenient for guests on the 4th floor. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. I did not find any garbage or personal items anywhere in the room. It honestly felt like it was a first time stay. The cleaning service does a great job!!

We went for a Ryan Upchurch Concert at the casino and stayed in the hot tub suite it was absolutely gorgeous so comfortable we didnt want to leave at all the staff is very friendly its very clean nice and quiet highly Recommend this hotel for sure

The stay was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. The pool was lovely and the beds and showers were great. The only issue is the ONE elevator that traveled at a snail’s pace. That definitely needs an upgrade.

Nice hotel. The front desk was amazing and helpful. The swimming pool area is overrun in the evening. Kids are everywhere and parents not making them mind their manners. So if you want to enjoy the pool or hot tub good luck. You will probably have kids all over you and trying to jump into the hot tub. Breakfast was great but needed to be open a bit longer. Great options and lots of sitting room. Vending machines are a scam. They will double charge you so avoid the vending machines in this hotel. Rooms were nice and quiet.

Do not recommend a room overlooking the pool. The INDOOR pool was very noisy until 10 PM. I was traveling with my elderly aunt and she was exhausted from our trip. Unfortunately, I had requested a room with a pool view not realizing it was a loud indoor pool and she could not sleep.

Very well maintained property. The complex is fairly large with an indoor pool and various activity centers, pool table, air hockey, video games… Bedding was very good. Nice shower with hot water.

We stay here after Airventures in Oshkosh on the way home. It is easy to get to and there is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as someplace to eat. we can relax after 7 days of work and head home a little more relaxed.

Staff was exceptional. Small and easy to navigate property. Good restaurant on site. Some noisy and unruly kids above us made one of the nights not great for sleeping. It’s a luck of the draw type thing. Appliances were loud. Room was very spacious and beds and furniture were reasonably comfortable for a hotel. Nice play area and pool for the kids. I would certainly come back.

The place was clean and breakfast was great. I didn't realize that there was an event the weekend we stayed and it was so loud. The kids next door kept slamming and knocking on the door, kept us up most of the night. It would have been nice if Best Western had the event posted on their website and we would have gone somewhere else. The itinerary listed we would be on 1st floor and we got put on 2nd floor, i specifically requested 1st floor because i had a 2 year old and husband with a stroke that has difficulty walking.

Very enjoyable stay! The beds we very firm and so comfortable. Pool area was spacious and there were lots of fun activities. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was typical but good and the espresso machine in the lobby was a nice bonus.

Great hotel. It was busy and yet the staff handled their guests quickly and efficiently. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great! Nice and clean bathroom and room. It was quiet even with several families with kids and dogs. Breakfast varied a little every morning. The staff was friendly and informative. We’d stay here next time we are in the area.

There wasnt any supervision for any of the children swimming. Kids running around knocking on our door since close to the pool. 4 month old grand daughter got hit in the face with a ball in the pool all because kids being rough while all the adults were drinking and not paying attention. We stay here everytime we are in Dubuque but never again!

Room was well appointed. Water pressure in the shower was excellent! The bed was comfortable and loved the smaller pillows. Breakfast was the standard for most hotels. Hotel was quiet, except for about 1/2 hour the last night of our stay when we had some folks visiting in the hall right outside our door. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay here again.

The hallway we were put in away from the pool was very quiet. The beds were also nice. My only complaint is that the non smoking room air conditioner had such a bad musty smell that it smelled like cigarettes in the room. We were lucky that we could shut it off, but I would have gotten a sore throat had we not been able to do so due to the outdoor heat. The smell only somewhat dissipated or we got used to it.

Really liked this hotel. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff very friendly. Hotel clean and seems to have been recently remodeled. Room was comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the extra touches that were done by the hotel. Lots to do for the kids and the pool area was superb. Would definitely stay again if i am in the area.

This was one of the best stays at a hotel I’ve had in a long time. Staff was nice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great continental breakfast. Great amenities for kids and families. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. I liked that Old Chicago is attached because we were already tired from driving so we walked over and grabbed a bite to eat. Plenty for the kids to do (pool, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, etc). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good with a lot of options. I would stay here again.

This is only our second time staying, but we will be back again! Customer service at the desk has been so friendly both times, those ladies were AMAZING! It's connected to an Old Chicago restaurant so there is no need to find a place to eat. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Thank you to all the staff!!
