I was very surprised at how big the room was and how comfortable the beds were. It had a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Plus cable tv and continental breakfast. The staff were extremely nice and professional. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I noticed was the bathroom shower ceiling was dirty. Other that it was great

Room was clean and except old lampshades that were falling apart everything else seems in great condition. The lobby was clean and offered a good selection for continental breakfast. Very glad to have found a room to hold 6 people with plenty of room and beds.

The Days Inn is a typical budget hotel - nothing fancy but functional. Several items in our room could do with being repaired or replacement. The free breakfast was a bit limited compared to some other hotels, but it served its purpose. In Klamath Falls you are a bit of a captive audience, and as a result, hotels can be very expensive. I would consider the Days Inn to be one of the best in the area when it comes to value for your money.

Recently remodeled, very nice motel, worst things were the square pillows were hard to sleep on as they were too small and I was disappointed in the variety for breakfast, there wasn’t even yogurt.

Days Inn was the perfect stay for 2 nights. We stayed here to visit the national park which was about 1 hour and 20 minutes away- we did not visit the Days Inn for Klamath Falls. Staff was very friendly and good selection for the breakfast.

It was clean. Lots of little things were outdated but it seems like they are trying. I absolutely give 5 stars to the person who checked me in. I had an issue in my first room so she assigned me to a different room. However, the new room was upstairs and there was no elevator. When I told her I wasn’t able to take an upstairs room without an elevator, she quickly found me another room. She was the star of my stay.

The room was disgusting and dirty with hair, bugs and dust. The Continental breakfast was abysmal. Also, our key never worked twice and had to be replaced every single day. The motel looks like whoever is running it doesn't care about customers experience. They've tried to make the hotel look better but honestly from the overlap of pain Aunt patchwork on the walls it looks awful. Ice machines worked and there was couches between buildings laying out. You've been warned.

The room had a weird smell when we first went into it. The sink filled up completely with water while I brushed my teeth because the pipes are not clear. There were ants in the room crawling into cups we had been using. The property was clean and nice, but the rooms could use some care and upgrades.

The outside of property needs some work tho - we were in room 306 and used two different sets of stairs to access it - the stairways are filthy and covered with cigarette butts! Need to sweep off and wash them down! Also, the large railing at the swimming pool is loose, that is a safety hazard.

Air conditioning wasn’t working. Bathroom was gross and in serious disrepair. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. A room here should cost around $75 max.

We had a two night stay booked here for our family. A few days prior to our arrival, we had a major vehicle breakdown that made it impossible to make the trip as planned. We immediately reached out to request a cancellation refund due to the extenuating circumstances. Our customer support agent from the Hotels website was very helpful in pursuing a reconsideration by the property manager. After days of attempts, the hotel refused to grant a refund. They would not even offer a refund with a cancelation fee. I travel quite a lot and this disregard for the circumstances of the traveler is far below average and not acceptable. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from so I suggest you look elsewhere.

The receptionist was very kind, but the pool and hot tub were closed which was a big disappointment to our kid, we specifically only book hotels with a pool and hot tub. Also there were some bugs walking around in the room but that’s somewhat to be expected in a floor level motel room I suppose. The armchair in the room was horribly stained and disgusting, would have been better to just not have one than to look at the gross one in our room and have to keep our kid away from it. Next time I pass through I will be trying a different hotel.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Pool & Spa area was clean and welcoming. Fitness center had everything one might need and was tucked put of the way. Breakfast was a great bonus. All the amenities included were appreciated for the price.
