The front desk was polite and professional, that's where it stops. The bar/restaurant closed at 10 even though the website and door say 1 am. This was one reason we went to this hotel. We got to the room and were welcomed to stained floors, hair in the sinks, tub and bathroom floor (the short and curly kind) alongwith a dirty toilet. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. We were only there a short time and went to a concert. On the way out, I informed the front desk about the issues and they said it would be taken care of. They asked permission to go in to the room with us gone and I told them that they could. We got back and the messes were still there along with the still standing water in the sink. The bed was awful, the heater/AC unit stunk when I turned it on. The only good part was the balcony because I could escape the room for a few minutes.
I didn't know there would have been an option for photos or I would have gladly shared for everyone to see.

Positives: front desk people were very helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. That's really about it. Bed sheets looked like they were clean.
Negatives: Paid $185 for an outdated hotel that wasn't clean. Carpet was stained. Room and hallways smelled like an odd combination of mold and marijuana. Bed felt like I was sleeping on a 30 year old mattress. No real amenities aside from an overpriced snack shop near the front desk. They have a restaurant, but it's only open for six hours and doesn't open until 4. No breakfast in the lobby that I saw. Parking lot was full of trash and had broken bottles in the lot. I found this out when I ran over a bottle when I left the hotel after check-in because of the previously mentioned restaurant not being open. I believe there was a wedding or a room up front for a dance club. Not a big deal, but also didn't see it mentioned in the hotel description. So if you're the type that likes to go to sleep early, then get ready to hear boom-BOOM-BOOOOM! until midnight, and this was from the top floor.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. This hotel looks like it was nice at one time (probably in 1991), but it looks and feels like it has been neglected beside the occasional sloppy paint job. If you need to stay near tisj location because of parking and flying from the airport, there are probably better options on Industrial Highway that probably come at a better price.

Unhelpful staff at the desk. Called several times from airport asking assistance with airport shuttle, but call was repeatedly placed on hold and when we called back, the calls were terminated by your staff. Staff not helpful even when needed help locating a cart to.move our luggage until much later, one of the staff got up reluctantly from her desk to look for one. Loud noises till 3 am from the hotel guests adjacent to our rooms plus cigarette smoke everywhere in my room despite booking a non-smoking rooms. Light doesn't work in one of our rooms. Fridge also doesn't work in one of our other rooms. Notified one of your staff at the desk downstairs that the fridge doesn't work, but no solutions offered. Overall terrible experience. Cannot refer your hotel and unfortunately, won't be back! Worst customer service experience.

The hotel must have been one of the greatest in the past. but it is old and not well maintained.I love using the staircase and you can not in this hotel. It looks like it has been abandoned and no longer kept clean. It actually looked like a hunted place with spiders and other insects everywhere in the stairs. Otherwise the room is very spacious and clean. The hall that was used for the occasion I went for was beautiful. I will surely stay there again but I will not use the stairs. The Parking lot could also use some clean up.

Only stayed a few hours during an overnight flight cancelation, but I have no complaints. Nothing too fancy, but a comfy bed, hot shower, quiet room. Great stop for travellers.

First room was bad , one sink was clogged and the bathtub was clogged also..Then they move us to amother room, piss around the bottom of toilet where toilet bolts down , shower curtain was moldy. Refrigerator was filthy inside. When i addressedit to the front desk they never apologized not once for rhe inconvenience we had. They tell me to call the manager, will do tomorrow.

I didn't arrive until 330am due to flight issues. I called prior to arrival twice to confirm check in and transportation availability. The front desk agent couldn't have been more patient & reassuring. I arrived, was checked right in & proved toiletries. At check out, the mgr was on duty, a mere 4 hrs for me, and she was just as pleasant and helpful. It may be dated but, I had no issues with smell as noted in other reviews. I would stay again.

It did provide a clean , though uncomfortable bed in a tired, worn room in a facility desperately needing renovation or replacement. The one, very busy desk clerk was plodding and made no effort to deal with 40-50 persons (waiting for a room) with anymore dispatch than if they had wandered in gradually one at a time.

Overall my 2 night stay was okay. Property/rooms are a bit dated. Vending machines bill validators did not work (tried every one on every floor). Only main lobby had creit card option.

Check in took forever!! Was given a filty room, bed unmade, used towels, trash all around.. She gave us another immediately which was good, after we had to haul our stuff back downstairs at 1am. Old dated hotel. We hated it but were desparate. Philly flight cancelation nightmare....in a pinch it was better than sleeping in the airport. Shuttle bus was great. Excellent service there

The condition of the flooding, particularly in the hallways was worn and probably beyond being able to be cleaned giving a rather depressing impression, but carpeting in the room was much nicer and the room was very clean. I would probably stay there again.

This place was a great stopping point in our travels. The front desk was amazing and helped answer all the questions we had. The room was basic but perfect for resting up before a plane ride. There is a shuttle that takes you right to the airport and comes every 30 minutes. It’s a nice spot and did the job. I’d stay there again if I wanted to be close to the airport but it is far out of the city limits.

As soon as my fiancée and I came into the room we found a strip of a condom near the telephone. Also instead of a roller holding the toilet tissue it was a pen that inserted to hold the toilet tissue. The balcony was infested with webs and spiders. The tiny coffee maker didn’t function and the pillows provided were Horribly used up, and floppy. At the reception area to check in, 3 to 4 people were behind the desk and none ask if we needed any help. We had to approach them first. Over all, Not at all a pleasant place to stay. I do not recommend

The hotel is in a convenient location and the front desk receptionist was incredible. Those were the only two positives. The hotel is in disarray. The room was dirty...hair in the bed and on the night stand. The tv stand had cup rings that looked like they had been there for weeks. It's obvious this room had not been cleaned in weeks. I arrived late after an Amtrak ride from NYC. I didn't have the energy to find another hotel. A $100 "damage deposit" was collected. No where on the hotels.com site for this hotel was that mentioned. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for another hotel. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and the driver was extremely friendly.

Where do I start? They knew we had four people coming, yet there were only two towels and two washcloths. There was no coffee machine in the room even though there were cups and coffee. I called down for the machine. It came, but with no tray insert. I called the front desk, and was cut off before speaking. I had to go down to get the tray. I also had to get the towels. And two more pillows were ordered because there were only two small pillows per bed. Once I had the tray, the coffee machine did not work. I called again, and I could tell she wasn’t happy with me. Of course, she can’t deliver another one, so I went to the restaurant to get two cups of coffee, but waited for a while since only one woman was working and seemed busy. The ac unit was extremely loud through the night. It made weird noises off and on like it might explode. There is mold in the bathroom. The top comforter to the beds looks dirty. The front desk could care less. I will never stay at another Clarion.

The room looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned. In the first two minutes of inspecting my room we noticed the vacuum wasn’t ran, the comforter had old blood on it, shirt tags and toe nail clippings were in the couch cushions, the balcony was filled with cob webs and the linens didn’t smell very fresh.
The second morning we needed towels and called down to the front desk to ask for more and they said they would bring only one up because they didn’t have enough.
I would never stay there again!! No wonder it’s a 2 1/2 star hotel

I was told the night before that Breakfast time on Tuesday was from 6:00 am to 10:00am. I was at the restaurant door at 9:45 and the host at the front told me they will not accept any more orders. We couldn’t even get into the restaurant for a coffee. I think they need to change the time from 6:00 to 9:30, to be able to serve the guests that goes there until 9:30 am in that way they can work until 10:00 with no complaints. This way nobody will feel what I felt , no appreciated. Honestly, this made my entire experience a little bad because I left the property with that bitter taste, to find another restaurant before going back to my town.
