This was not at all as expected. The room was dirty, and including several things that didn’t work properly. The floor had a huge sticky spot that we blocked off to avoid walking on. The A/C rattled so loud that even with ear plugs we could not sleep. The fridge spoiled all of our food as it didn’t keep things cold. There was a large amount of black mold in the corner of the bathroom by the tub. The toilet was filthy and disgusting. The worst part of all was that I booked this so my kids would be occupied and have fun using the pool and hot tub. Since the weather was cold they got their swimming suits on and got into the the hot tub just to find out it was freezing cold. No one told us, there were no signs posted anywhere. After this they were freezing and all we got from the front desk was, “ Sorry we haven’t had it fixed yet”. As we were packing up to leave my husband went outside to bring some luggage to the car and saw a woman (sorry to be blunt here but she was a hooker) wearing nothing but a thong and jacket. I’m so thankful my kids weren’t out there to see this sight. I used to think best western’s were all held to a higher standard but clearly they are not!

It was a pleasure to stay at this BestWestern , I was a bit unsure when I walked in to the place , I was welcomed from the moment I step foot in this Hotel till the moment I checked out. The staff had smiles and were very friendly.

This is a very nice hotel. The surrounding area was a bit unsafe, but the hotel took needed precautions. The spa heater was not working at the time of our visit, but everything else was just right!

My husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary here. We were looking for a pool option as it was a hot weekend. Our patio door opened right out to the pool. Super convenient. Worked great for us.

Nice larger outdoor pool encircled by hotel rooms so had a private, relaxing atmosphere although close to airport, freeway and busier road. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Happily helped out with providing fights for our pizza when we asked and always made us feel like we were at a much more expensive hotel. Will book this hotel again for sure!

The first room I was given, the a/c didn’t work. They were full but I was able to move to an “emergency” room. It smelled like cigars and patchouli and there was food left in the mini-fridge. At least the a/c worked. Message to owner: you seriously need to upgrade your rooms, especially the a/c units.

Filthy bath tub. Extensive mold in bathtub caulking. Broken toilet seat and FECES in void where bolt to secure seat was missing. No lighting outside and doors locked when we arrived for late reservation. Breakfast was 2 hours late. Unpresponsive management and rude owner when we complained. Should not be permitted to use Best Western sign.

Shower was great!!!! Bed very comfy - we both sawed logs after a fight from charlotte to Portland. Room was a little stuffy smelling. Good location to airport.

This was our 2nd stay once on 20th-21st of June we stayed in 258, which was great. This time in room 244 our room smelt nasty, the fridge was warm, and no chairs on the balcony. Turned air on left to eat came back it was tolerable. Noisy neighbor's yet at 3am.
