Above average cheap hotel. A bit dated but comfortable and convenient. A huge bonus was the free Lyft pick up and drop off at the airport. Also very reasonable long term parking.

The room was great value for the money. But…. The hotel does not have its own shuttle service to the airport. So it’s a gamble on how long a “shuttle” via Uber or Lift will take.

The sojourn will be remodeled this coming year. They did not have a continental breakfast, no extra blanket or pillows, only 3 hangers in the closet, no pen, note pad, room info, directory. The room was comfortable but worn out, table lamp switch was broken,

Not the best hotel stay I had. Checked someone else into my room after I had checked in. Nice enough to move me into a room that had water stains on the ceiling over the bed. One of the sinks didn't work, chairs to short for the table. No restaurant, fire alarm before I checked in, water work from 11:30-3:30. No way to get to store as I did not want to use door dash again or Lyft to get to a grocery store. I wish I hadn't stayed and that's on me. Next time I know better.

Needed a hotel near the Portland airport and this seemed to be a good value. Had a short stay of 8 hours due to an early morning flight. The rooms were very large and gave us space to repack everything. Indeed I was pleasantly surprised by how good the beds were and had a good sleep. I really can’t come up with anything negative about the hotel or our stay. Hope you experience the same.

We were charged twice for the one room we got by hotels . Com i will nvr uuse this service again im still trying to contact them in order to get my refund but they have it so conveluted you cant get anywhere. I will be writing a scathing review about hotels com urging everyone i know not to use there service

The a comication was great they have done some upgrades. The outside needs a bit more tidying Location to services was great. Staff were friendly and professional. Checkout a lot of staff, seemed to be a mini meeting at front desk? We would definitely stay here again

Arriving late because of a delayed flight, we found that the Lyft pick up was fast and easy. Hotel receptionist very welcoming. The 'room' is a large, bright and clean, three-part suite. Bring your own food. Fridge, microwave in m ini-kitchen. Large, bight, bathroom. Exceptional value.

The hotel was listed as having an on site restaurant and it doesn’t . We were told they had lost their contract. It also listed an airport shuttle. It didn’t have one and ordered Lyfts for us. That didn’t work in either direction

We booked so our pets could be taken to airport with us and ride share couldn’t find a car big enough for the pets so had to have managers take us in two cars we were one hour late and got fined for our pets being late for flight it was very stressful to our pets and us

Second time staying here. Though it’s dated, the rooms are very clean. Need more than 1 set of towels though. Fridge dated. Iron board storage needs update, the board wouldn’t lay flat and trying to open up the stand was a squeaky try. Room is very spacious and like how the room and living room is separated by a wall. Parking lot is nice and big. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again but prefer upper floor.

Nothing worked including air conditioning, table lamps, both phones, dirty underwater from previous guest, room dirty, place feels unsafe. Have stayed before when Shilo Inn and all was fine. No coffee, no food service whatsoever. Motel 6 much better option!

It's a nice place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. We chose this place because it's near the airport so it was very convenient for us. The room and hotel itself is clearly outdated, but the bed was clean and that's all I could ask for for a couple of night. The staff was nice - we read somewhere on their Expedia page that we were supposed to call before we arrived, but when I did they sounded very confused so I'm unsure about that. Overall 3 stars for the convenience, a bit rough on the appearance but a decent place to stay.
