Good service. Nice room. Good breakfast.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel has had a makeover since we last stayed and we were extremely impressed. The lounge area has been modernised. I thought the bar was a bit small for the size of the lounge.
The bedroom was a really good size with lots of lovely mirrors and pretty good lighting (for a hotel). Nice spacious bathroom. Everywhere was really clean.
The only problem we had was the nightclub. We went there to see a dj from back in the day so all the attendees were slightly older than your average nightclubber. Security treated us like kids, searching our bags and we had to have id?? Won’t be going there again.
However we can’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel has been updated and it's a huge improvement from the previously dated rooms and facilities. The room was spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities.
The gym was very small and quite claustrophobic but it had good equipment.
Breakfast I found basic and some of the restaurant staff were a little cold.
Overall a decent stay and I would return on another business trip.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff but a lack of sleep from the night club in the basement spoilt the experience and we were located on the top 4th floor! It appears the night club operates Friday and Saturday nights until 2.30am so if you're not into night night life I would suggest somewhere else would be better.

Lovely hotel so different and so big great band as entertainment great stay

Check in was flawless. Sophia was exceptional in her welcome and information. We arrived quite late but was able to get food which was (surprisingly) very good and not expensive as we have come to expect in a uk hotel. Room was very comfortable only negative was the road noise but being close to m4 /a road not much you can do about that. Balcony area was nice if not a little tired (again uk weather! ) would definitely recommend a stay here

Told two bookings all very confusing, breakfast booked but no info when went to breakfast.

Amazing stay.

Stayed on Friday night and on first appearances the hotel looks amazing. This does not disappoint elsewhere, it’s the clean and the rooms are comfortable and well kitted out. Swimming pool is great to use during the stay also.
However, food is average but the prices that they charge is overly priced. Couldn’t go wrong with the burger my partner and eldest son had and the child’s pizza my youngest had, however I had the belly pork and when it came out it was cold and the mash was I believe powdered mash. We paid the bill when leaving to later be rang in our room at 9pm after putting the kids to bed to be asked if we could go down to reception to pay for a child’s meal that they forgot to charge us for in the first place. Absolutely not after we were all in bed, why could this not wait until the morning?
Got home and realised that I had a pending card transaction for £60 from the hotel. Rang them and they didn’t know what it was for, so did reverse it but please check your accounts after this stay.
All in all lovely hotel but food let it down and aspects of customer service

Brilliant

Hotel is gorgeous and a lovely pool and facilities, the food was amazing and so are the staff, I will be coming again for a longer period!

Would certainly stay here again. Our trip was a weekend in Windsor but decided to stay at the Coppiid Beech rather than a hotel nearer to Windsor, definitely a good choice.
4.3
Good sized room. Perfect for a family of 4 for a night.
4.3
Nice looking hotel, breakfast decent, room nice and clean, staff in restaurant friendly. Would probably eat nearby next time.
Would recommend if within budget. Has free parking and WiFi .
Shame you can't book other guests, kids shouting in corridors morning and evening and other adult male guests kicking off on level 2, fighting shouting bagging doors being inconsiderate to others trying to sleep, during this stay
4.3
The cattle was not working I informed the reception but they did not do anything about it
4.3
Very good service, rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Food was excellent, will be great to have more varieties for breakfast especially for kids.
But overall very good hotel

Lovely property. Options for EV’s

This was our second stay at The Coppid Beach, lovely hotel, excellent facilities, the only hiccup was the breakfast dining, you had to wait in a queue to be seated and sometime you could be waiting 10 to 15 minutes, which was not good, people were not happy, not as organised as last year, still enjoyed it, will go there again and hope they sort there breakfast sitting out in the meantime, otherwise excellent
4.3
The hotel & staff were superb, we will be coming back.
We were both disappointed with the spa facility.
Thank you to the staff for the professional manner in and around the hotel, made our stay very enjoyable
4.3
we had a wonderful time there
5 stars

Hotel lovely, our bedding for the spare beds were dirty and stained but staff quickly sorted for it for us.
4.3
Great stay, but disappointed that everytime we went down to use the swimming pool it was at full capacity. The one reason why i chose this hotel!
4.3
Great stay. Early check in helped us massively.

Lovely stay

The stay was great , the hotel was newly renovated and the children loved the pool
Giving swiss lodge vibes 😉

I regret booking at the property and not choosing the Hilton one. Receptionist called Sophie was rude to my husband about early check in, and suggest we hang around for one hour, even if we requested early check in upon booking the stay.
We are grateful for the asian lady in the reception, who was accommodating enough to swap around rooms to grant our request so we can check in early.
DISASTER at 3 AM
We ( everyone in the hotel ) had to evacuated at 2/3 am in the morning because of fire/fire alarm in one of the clubs and fire brigade came. With this event, we didn’t have a restful sleep. Apparently, this is was not the first time. In the morning, we were refused to extend check out by a blonde lady in the reception, considering the fiasco we experienced in early hours in the morning. Most staff, I’d say, are not very friendly. I will be writing this feedback to the management.
The photos of the facilities does not match the actual amenities such as spa/swimming. It is pretty ran-down and not well maintained.
I will not book a stay again.

This hotel has an upgrade and is great but u need to put in the rooms explaining how to use the air con and update your food options and price increase on the website
4.3
Very finely and helpfully staff.
4.3
The hotel was lovely. We stayed in a family room which was great as it had the single beds in a room off the main bedroom. All the staff were friendly and very helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble.
The only small thing was that our food wasn’t very hot when eating in the restaurant but it was taken away and returned really hot without any quibble.
4.3
Beautiful looking hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, putting us at ease from the moment we arrived. Special shout out to the bar staff! We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer.
4.3
We stayed as a large fmly of 11..in two large suites. They were comfortable. There could be a bit more cleanliness and updates to the bathrooms. Attention at bar areas and restaurants was cery good. Grag in particular at the bar area was amazing. We had misplaced some items and he went above and beyond to help locate them. We were very thankful. We would definitely recommend this resort. Easy 1hr direct train ride into London waterloo station from the bracknell station a short 5min uver ride away.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We're a family of 6 and usually have to book 2 separate rooms, but this hotel enabled us to all stay in one room. We came the day before we went to Legoland Windsor, but in truth, the stay at the hotel was a huge part of the fun. Room was absolutely fantastic, we were genuinely blown away. Clean, tidy and small touches that really are a luxury. It's within driving distance of plenty of shops if you need anything. Staff are so friendly and polite. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of hot and cold options. Chefs bringing food out are really friendly too. We went to the pool for an hour and our kids had a brilliant time. We cannot wait to come back another time and do it all again! What an absolutely fantastic hotel.
4.3
Absolutely beautiful stay… happy with everything. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, large and powerful shower. Will definitely be staying here again!
4.3
a great hotel, food was great and rooms very good, will be booking again

Nice enough hotel. party of two (1 child, 1 adult). Stayed 1 night at the Coppid Beech Hotel for a LEGOLAND Windsor trip. It was a Sat night and a wedding reception meant it was busy and noisy. There is a night club at the hotel and I was a little apprehensive about this. Whilst we were not bothered by the night club in room 101, there was a lot of doors banging loudly which disturbed our sleep. The room was very stuffy and being on the ground floor and facing out to the front of the hotel, we were unable to open a window. The air conditioning / thermostat unit did not function.
The room was spotless, everything you need apart from sweeteners option and two small complimentary bottles of water. My son was a bit disappointed that there were no children’s channels on the TV.
We did not make use of the pool but did have a look and the changing rooms etc all looked clean. The jacuzzi was out of action during our visit.
Staff were very nice and helpful and the buffet breakfast was really nice along with the room service pizza.

Stayed here for a work trip. Nice and comfortable rooms.
Bar drinks expensive

We stayed for one night in a family room while visiting friends in Bracknell. Beautiful clean room and a nice space for the extra beds. We would definitely stay again.
4.3
The hotel was really good. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Ample parking included in price and decent swimming pool with steam room and sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action. The food was really good. The view from rooms on the ground floor was nothing special.
4.3
Good service from friendly staff
