The tv remotes did not work, the front desk was called with a quick response time. Ended up being dead batteries which was fixed right away. The next morning when trying to get a shower I let the water run for over 8 minutes and never did get any hot water, however the bathtub did fill up. Try washing your hair over the little bathroom sink with a paper cup, not fun!

This location is a great place if you just need a pretty clean place to stay for a night or two. The employees are friendly and offer great service. The Nordic bike in the gym didn’t connect to the WiFi and the the water dispenser didn’t work.

The building is old and worn out, as are the rooms. Too bad Ramada's name (which used to be fairly good) is getting worn out along with the buildings.

The room was ok the only issue I have is that I have trouble with the stairs the faliclities don't have an elevator which made it hard for my mother and myself to go up and down the

Good location and has restaurants nearby with one being open 24 hours. Room was nice but the floor was not carpet and didn't seem to have been swept and mopped well or at least regularly. I could feel more than a reasonable amount of dirt everywhere when walking. The Heater and AC were on a push button system and couldn't be set for automatic temperature to regulate. The Heater didn't work correctly and would only blow Heat when it was at the highest setting and anything below that would blow cool so multiple times during the night I had to get up and turn it from high to a lower setting so it wasn't sweltering. When it got to be to much Heat and I did turn the AC on it was loud and annoying. Breakfast was alright but wasn't what I expected. Eggs appeared to be powdered and sausage appeared more white than brown so I didn't eat them. Waffle was good. Only juice was grape but had an odd taste. The staff was nice. The night lady was conversational and friendly. When I walked in reception that morning, I don't recall the morning lady saying hello before immediately saying she needed my name and room number for breakfast. I was headed to the restroom first and I informed her of that and when I returned I would provide it. She wasn't rude just automatic. She was nice, friendly and understanding when I was checking out and mentioned my issues with the Heater and AC issue, I know she wasn't able to do anything to assist after the fact except say she would get the issues looked at.

We had a late check in and staff was friendly and helpful. We asked what was close by for food options and they even looked up the closing hours for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

Lobby could be cleaner, more inviting. The breakfast room is clean, food is good. The rooms are clean, a little worn on door of bathroom. I liked the Dove soap. Roll-in shower needs a slip-proof mat. I didn't take a shower because I felt unsafe. The price was good, though, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The railings and steps from the second story were very wet in the morning and I asked for the railing to be wiped dry, but they wouldn't do it. The girl checking us in was nice enough. We stayed twice and I would stay again because the price was right. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn but it was unusually expensive. I did remember Ramada used to be more fancy.

It was convenient and quiet. Great staff. Rooms need major updating but it was comfortable, clean and we got much needed rest. Breakfast looks and smells delicious.

Had 2 rooms but ended up not being close to each other (other side of complex) becsuse carpet was wet in one room. Our room did not have any tissues in it. Had to eat breakfast outside in the misty rain and wet seats because there were very few tables in breakfast area.

This property is convenient and centrally located between Trinidad and Eureka and most of the staff is helpful and friendly. That being said - it’s a bit unusual to have to ‘check out’ a hair dryer from the front desk and I strongly oppose the text message asking you to check in the day before you are to arrive - this form requests a copy of your ID be attached. And worse yet Expedia also forwards a copy of the same form - talk about an opportunity for some identity theft!

Room was average. Shower didn't work. It was temporarily fixed enough for us to use it. Didn't try the included breakfast as the room it was to be served in looks messy. Do not think we would stay here again. Had high hopes as this was a Ramada. Turns out it is independently owned and operated.

We were pretty disappointed about this stay. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Super dirty, no locks on the outside doors, so anyone can walk in, no elevator, so you are dragging your bags up flights of stairs, limited amenities. Just not worth the cost vs. value. I will say that their staff was wonderful.

It was a great location for us since we were dropping my son off to Humboldt. Staff is really nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking lot is small a bit weird layout but good enough.

It was sufficient, but over priced. I recently spent 3 nights in Beijing in a very nice hotel and spent less than one night here. $109 a night seems reasonable, not $205. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

This does not measure up to Ramada's standards. Room is old with an attempted remodel done along the way with1960's style curtains, seal broken on the window on one side so you can't see clearly out of it, stains on the walls, stains on the bathroom caulk, food was left in the refrigerator from the last visitor that was not removed. When I went to take a shower the adjustment for the handle was wrong so all I could get was lukewarm water. After starting to shower I found the liquid soap was empty. All in all very disappointing.

Our room was so comfortable, we all slept really well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location, walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant, and close to the freeway. Quiet and clean. We saved so much money having complimentary breakfast at the hotel.

The room was fine but the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. We walked down the street a couple blocks to a restaurant and several homeless people were living in their cars by it. They had a nice patio area but it desperately needs some repairs. The breakfast was fine but there isn't much seating.

We had called this property prior to booking and asked about the amenities they offered, they told us they had a bbq we could use, so we decided to book with other family members and purchase over $150 worth of food to cook there, once getting there we found out the bbq is unusable, even though we had called and asked about this the same day prior to booking. Tried talking to the front desk lady, who was incredibly rude and kept walking away and wouldn’t even help us or communicate with us just told us the manager would be in the next day at 9-10 am. So all of the food we purchased spoiled and was wasted. The next morning after checking out at 10am we went down to speak with the manager we were told would be there, a now different front desk women was there and said the manager was gone getting breakfast, and that we would have to wait she’s not sure when he would be back, even tho he knew we were coming to talk to him at 10 because he was informed the night before about it. The women at the front then proceeded to call the general manager and he refused to speak with us and said he would be there in 10 minutes. We waiting for over 30 minutes and he never showed us and we had all of our children waiting in the car because at this point it was past check out time and we had to leave. Still have not received a phone call even though they said they had our contact info and would be reaching out to us. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. This property is awful.

NOT Recommended!!! Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name on this property. The property is old, is not being maintained properly, and the staff was indifferent as best. We had arranged for a 3 night stay but canceled our remaining reservation after the first night. The room smelled unclean and old, the furniture is really old and in bad condition. The noise between rooms, above and all-around was intolerable, TVs, room conversations and other noises were easily heard all hours of the day and night. This was one our worst hotel experiences ever.

Staff person was immature and rather rude in front of patrons due to power outage, berating Mgr on speakerphone. Breakfast was not out when we came down at 630am. We just left. Would not visit again.

This property was nothing like what the description said the amenities were. When we asked the check-in lady she said you can’t believe everything you read. The facility was not up to Ramada’s standards as to cleanliness and not updated at all.

Property only cleans the room every 3 days there is no daily cleaning/service. Had to ask multiple times for daily necessities such as clean towels and would not receive.

At checkin, the lady at front desk was hard to understand due to all the facial rings. Room had an unusual smell. Sheets on the bed were not the correct size as they came off the mattress when turning over. Amenities that were listed on the website were not there, ie. seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, restaurant. We were expecting a nice stay due to Ramada brand, but what we got was definitely overpriced for what we received. Would not recommend or stay there again.

The cleanliness of our room and property was terrible. There was a visible mop bucket and old mop in the breakfast area and used cloths when we were trying to eat. The breakfast is minimal. We canceled our second reservation on the way back. I heard another family complaining at the front desk also.

The doors on every room are so heavy and are missing dampers to prevent them from slamming shut. So all night and all morning all you hear is very loud slamming doors from the hallways that keep you awake. Including your bathroom door as well! Other than that, the hotel seems safe enough. Very outdated. Okay staff and okay breakfast.
