Not the fanciest place to stay in Rochester, but it was just fine, especially for the price. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was outdated but clean.

The staff here an amazing. They are very accommodating to families that have someone at Mayo. Very kind and respectful. The one lady that does the breakfast are is wonderful and it’s always so clean when she is there and fully stocked.

The website photos were misleading, this place is very run down and marginal as to whether it should represent itself as a place to stay while at the Mayo Clinic.

It was a very nice place to stay, clean, affordable, and nice 55 inch tv. Also we were greeted with very friendly service. I would highly recommend this hotel. For any future trips to Rochester I plan on staying there again.

Workers are nice. Place does need updating, especially the key card readers. Had us stuck outside a few times. I thought it was smoke free, but we walked down our hallway it smelled of weed. There were sketchy people staying there, it wasn’t so much the employees and service. They were great service. I guess for the price we paid for what we get it.

Do not take room 319! The AC doesn’t work, the bathroom floor was sticky, the tub didn’t drain. After my wife took her shower, the bathroom smelled like mold. There was a “pee-like” substance on the floor of the elevator. The breakfast buffet wasn’t stocked and the sausage gravy was cold and too salty. The toilet seat looked like it was eaten by termites and had severe chips in it. The night manager was very polite. The room size was nice. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was a nice touch. The TV was large and had a nice clear picture, which was nice because I couldn’t sleep due to the extreme high temperature of the room because the AC was very substandard. There were some nice things about the place, but I’ll never stay there again. There are other choices that are a better value.

We arrived around 9:00pm just needing a place to sleep for the night on our way out west and our room was not ready. We had made reservations days prior to our arrival so we were very disappointed that we couldn’t get to our room right away. Ended up waiting in our vehicle for 20 minutes. We were told we could use the pool but with two younger kids, we just wanted to get to bed! Front desk was really nice apologetic about it but it was still frustrating for us.

I have called twice to speak with the property manager and nothing got into our room that had a smell to it but we couldn’t quite put finger on what it was when my kids wanted to reheat their dinner opened the microwave to see rotted frozen dinner still in there from who knows when smell took over room!! We moved the recliner and found pizza crust under it!!

The room was clean and spacious and was fine for the few hours we were there. The common areas like the halls and elevator could use some paint and updating . The breakfast area was out of coffee at 7 am but someone was getting some more. It was an acceptable stay for the price we paid.

Really good deal for family stay. They offer a toddler pool playing area, which most affordable hotel don't have. Breakfast was awesome, had everything.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Pool/Hot Tub area was clean and equipped. Only takeaways were that the property has become quite dated. Carpets, walls, and overall look of place has probably assured that we wont come back.

The building didn’t seem all that updated. The breakfast was not the greatest. Could have used a paint job but it served out purpose. A roof over our heads for a night.

Room 214 needs a makeover. Carpet ripples, bed smells, pillows are old and tiny, mattresses bad, Chair was so dirty I would not put my suitcase on it much less sit in it, We have stayed here 2 times previously (once for a week) and never had a room this bad.

Perfectly adequate if you just need a place to stay for a few nights. Cleanliness was hit or miss, like a dried-out pod left in the coffeemaker, but the sheets and towels were clean and the beds comfortable. Typical continental breakfast with decent coffee. Hubby liked the pool/hot tub. Biggest complaint: no obvious recycling, meaning we brought items home with us.

Our stay was only overnight. The room was dirty, the shower didnt drain and for some very strange reason if we left pur room with the TV on we came back to it off but yet it stayed on overnight. The pool area was nice but not sure we will stay there again.
