You were remodeling.the pools were closed. Bummer for 4 kids. The frist night the shower was cold. The rooms were excellent 5 star for that.and staff was great.we will be back for sure.

Went to take a shower & there was no hot water. I went to the desk & told the lady there was no hot water, she told me I was the 3rd person that had complained. Then told me there was an issue with the water heater. I asked her to check an empty room to see if there was hot water & she found there was not. She contacted the manager & he told her to do something to the water heater which made the hot water barely luke warm. I ended up taking a shower in luke warm water probably along with alot of other customers. I paid for a room with the expectation of having all of the amenities available which hot water is one of them. I feel if I had not complained I probably would had to take a cold shower. I am extremely disappointed with your hotel not providing hot water I will never stay at that hotel ever again. Also, the manager never tried to contact me or offered any type of compensation for the lack of amenities.

Staff both day and night were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 11 days on business. Breakfast was great. And I appreciated having it available They were remodeling but everything was clean.

I was not a fan at all. This location is remodeling however it looks like a cheap band aid job. The vision is there but someone is definitely cutting corners to cut cost. Painting over things that have not been fixed and these are things in the room not the overall building that has signs saying excuse this mess. Amongst other things here are a few things that I dealt with: the tub did not drain water properly, bedding/shower curtain/towels were stained, construction began at 3:45am on the floor above mine and woke me out of my sleep. The room served its purpose for the night I needed but never again.

Major “construction” going on limiting functionality. The entire place was messy. Hallways dirty. First desk person we encountered was not knowledgeable or friendly. 2nd desk person was knowledgeable and kind and friendly. After booking on Expedia the desk person requested my card at check in and charged an additional fee after he assured me my card would not be charged. The fee was said to be returned to my card within 24 hours. It was not. It was a small fee but we were assured the card would not be charged they just needed to see the physical card we used to pay through Expedia. Would not recommend staying in this facility.

The property was under renovations, so there was a lot of loud construction early in the morning and late at night, but overall the hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Although there was 2 of us traveling together I did stay by myself 2 nights and felt safe being there alone.

The room I was rented was extremely moldy and also there was plumbing issues with the toilet and my guest killed a roach. That room should be totally shut down. And the bed was wet so we had to sleep on top of the covers.

We got no sleep due to the person above us running back and forth in the room in the middle of the night. The breakfast was a usual hotel continental breakfast. The room was mostly clean, but the curtains were tattered. I definitely don't feel like it was worth what we spent for the night.

Walked into a MESS!!! Under construction. No where to park to check in. Paint all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom door did not shut all the way. They still had propped the side “security” doors open with a rock when we walked in getting back from dinner at 10:30pm. So disappointed! Spend more $ and stay at another hotel.

We drove in to the parking lot and the front doors are blocked off. Sign says go to side door. We go to the side door and the whole place is dusty and dirty, sounds of power tools. Yep! Under construction. Construction workers everywhere. Tools scattered all over the hallways. Completely not the relaxing trip I paid for. Then they tried to close the pool for the week. I told them I wanted my money back. They said they could not reimburse me. I told them that I was using the pool no matter what they said. That is what I paid for. That all being said. The day shift was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. And we got to use the pool both days we were there.

We were very pleased with our stay at the comfort Inn. Breakfast was very good each morning, room was clean and overall accommodations showed definite signs of positive impact. The only downside was that the pool was closed and that wasn't mentioned on their website and made for disappointment for our teens.

Nothing is noted to say this property is under construction and the pool is closed. We got a room here versus cheaper options literally across the street because we wanted a pool. I booked 6/28, pool has been closed by health department since 6/20. Property refused any sort of discount. Book someplace else and avoid the issues.

The hotel was under construction. The hotel had already marked me as checked in but I had not been there to check in, and they could not explain why. The pool was closed due to someone breaking in over night and vandalizing the pool. A friend who also booked a room there had bugs in their bed. We both decided not to stay after getting to the hotel.

The place is doing renovations but it appears they are just trying to make it “look” nice. The air was barely functioning. It was loud, wasn’t cool, sounded like there was 3 nests of baby birds chirping in there when in fact it was just the noises of the air conditioner. The elevator was broke down. There was no sound Barrier from the hall to your room. If ANYONE is walking, talking or slamming their door outside of your room you will hear it. It’s even more uneasy when it wakes you up out of your sleep. Should’ve paid the extra 50$ to stay across the street 😕

I like comfort suit but this time I regret booking this location . The room was expensive and I couldn’t sleep at night the hotel was booked and kids were running between swimming pool and rooms all night. The room was not safe and electric wires without cover not suitable for kids. The area was very noisy and it was 12 am couldn’t believe how the neighbor was loud

The first time we stayed the staff was amazing. After that, the staff was horrible. Charged us $150 incidentals deposit the was not charged the first time we stayed and held it for over a week. That was more than my king suite cost all together!!!
