Got to the hotel at 7pm and our room was cancelled

We enjoyed the stay. We just needed to get rested up from a lot of driving. The room was nice and clean. Everything in its place except there wasn’t a hair dryer and the remote to the televisions batteries were dead the next morning so we gave it to a lady that worked there the next morning, we wanted to watch the news while getting ready to leave, thinking she’d be back with it before we checked out but she came back about an hour later as we’re getting ready to walk out the door. It was frustrating somewhat but not giving a bad review. The breakfast bar shut down at 9:30, we thought it was 10:00 like a lot of other hotels and of course I went down as they were cleaning up. I did manage to get the last bit of sausage and bacon which was tasty. Coffee was great! Very friendly staff. Would recommend!

This is a very convenient location for a stop on a longer trip we make to Florida. We have stayed at this hotel previously however, it is considerably more run down than prior visits. Rate charged for a dog is pretty reasonable compared to other properties.

Hotel had obviously recently changed ownership. First floor had been painted and paint smell was very strong in the room. I went to go take a shower and noticed the tub was not properly draining and the edge of a bath mat had come up and a lot of hair was floating in the water. After the tub finally drained I used a tissue to pick up the edge of the bath mat and it was very moldy and disgusting. We were moved to an adjacent room that was a queen size room when we had originally booked a king size room. The front desk attendant was very condescending towards me. I'm not there to play 50 questions I was there to get a good night's rest and a hot shower which did not happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to stay in the area. I have tried to upload photos but apparently it will not let me. All I can say is check your room before checking in, if you choose to stay there!

Check-in was very quick and efficient with a pleasant desk attendant, JC. She pointed out all amenities and provided clear direction to our room. Although it's an older property in the collection, we were delighted with it's cleanliness, fresh & fluffy linens, and quiet arrangement. One drawback, we were told there was coffee by the overnight desk attendant at 'check-out' (we departed quite early - 3:30a), but there was no coffee to partake, and his response was, "oh well".

Room was typical hotel room that had comfortable beds. My only complaint was the tiny bathroom. It was so tiny that you could use the sink, toilet and shower at the same time-no joke.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, and a nice breakfast. Only negative is that the bathroom was so small, literally no room to move, no exhaust fan and the tub drained extremely slow.

Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures but it is serving its intended purposes. Nothing to brag about. Did meet our special accommodations which we are thankful for. Would most likely stay again if in the area.

I was tired after a long day on the road. First room had running toilet that could not be flushed. Next room had loud bathroom exhaust fan the could not be silenced. I was told to keep bathroom door closed which I did. Window had sheets framed by curtains. Curtains could not be closed (designed that way). Parking lot lights lit the room. Didn’t want to change rooms again but I should have. I was awakened at 2am by occupants of the adjoining room enjoying each other loudly…(until 4 am-not the hotels fault)

The people were nice, but our room was like a furnace when we walked in. We were a late check-in, shortly after midnight and were ready to get some sleep. One of the keys didn’t work and the room was extremely hot. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10, but when we arrived in the dining room shortly after 9:00 am, the scrambled eggs were almost empty and had to be scraped off the pan, the hard boiled eggs were yellow and the bananas were dark green. Very disappointing.
