Elevator was broken but smooth stay

Overall experience was good. Online reservation should have disclosed no elevator service. Fourth floor climb at 77 was a bit of a challenge

The hotel itself was fine. But at check in ,there was a sign on counter that the elevator was not working. We are older, in our 70's with health issues,knees,back, etc., and having to navigate stairs was not good. We should have been told upon booking about elevator situation and would have chosen a different hotel.

First off i want say it the worst hotel I have stayed at the hotel it dirty the carpet was very smelly it going under construction if I had not had a meeting to go earlier morning I would change my hotel by all the stuff was amazing they helped alone with things I asked them for people hanging in front of the building smoking drinking you would think for it to be an nice area as coral Springs you would think it would be up scale it was not at all the area was a pretty amazing area just this hotel in particular was not it at all
I promise me nor my wife will not be going back also to mind the rust on the light stand

Construction going on-no elevator.
We were on the first floor. Lots of noise, and room was damp-carpets were wet- walls in bathroom had condensation

The door knob to balcony was broken. The air conditioner made a scratching noise. The hotel was worn down with ripped wallpaper and stained carpets. The room cleaning was inconsistent and we were left with no toilet paper. Breakfast was good but the shower was moldy and disgusting. We have friends in the area and will not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean neat.the elevator was not in service but all the hotel was very clean and smell very clean and nice the management and staff always greeted and checked if we needed anything. We definitely want to come back to this hotel.and will recommend to family and friend to stay here for any vacations

I was told at check-in that the elevators weren't working and then i was given the option to stay or leave. I wasn't going to leave because I'd just gotten into town from a 10 hours drive. I was put on the 3rd floor and gad to carry all of my luggage up and down the stairs. Then the room that i was given had mold in it. Needless to say, this was not a good stay at all. I was very disappointed because my husband and i stayed at this hotel 2 years prior for our wedding and we just wanted to go back there for our anniversary. Very disappointed 😞

The elevator was inoperable during my entire stay. I was informed during my check in. I did not have time to cancel my reservation. I was in town on family business. My child fell down the stairs. I will not use this LaQuinta Inn again. Poor customer service

This hotel was horrible! I had paid for an accessible room since my mother and I are disabled. Upon checking in, the front desk told me that the elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the 1st floor but he said he didn’t have any. He told me that if that was an issue, he would refund me. I said no since it was late and we were tired & didn’t have another place to stay at. The room was smelly, the person across the room had their music on and since there’s space between the front door, we heard it in our room. The towels smelled like vomit, there was hardly any hot water and it took forever to heat up. Also, the room was hot. We complained but they said it doesn’t get any colder than that. The worse experience in my life! I would NEVER stay at the hotel again! I wouldn’t even send my worse enemy!!

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast good. Quiet, clean. Our room was very spacious. When we made the reservation we asked for 1st or 2nd floor because my wife can’t ride in elevators and they gave us a room on the first floor. A very good room.

The carpet was wet and the entire room for the night was moist. Felt gross all night could not sleep. Pillows bed felt wet. Gross

Checking in was painless and had a very pleasant Receptionist/ clerk.
Room was clean and fresh. Not much noise from the hallway, which is always welcome.
