While the rooms have seen some wear and tear (carpet stains, small wall dents, etc), the staff were very personable, nothing was seriously wrong, and the price was very reasonable! I felt comfy staying here!

check in was fantastic. One bed was dirty so we slept in the other. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. there was also hair on the surfaces in the sleeping area. We also had to go get towels as there was one one in the room

Front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and had a microwave and Fridge and the only downfall was the tub was leaning which was kind of weird. overall not to bad for a Red Roof. We stayed here because everything else was booked that weekend, so this was a last minute and nothing else was available.

The room was clean and beds made. However, the phone handle was disconnected from the cord and there was no digital clock/radio in the room to set a wake up. When I had the phone connected, I was able to place a wake-up time via the phone by doing it manually. Fortunately, I called a family member and asked them to call me in the am, (which they did!). Never received a call from the hotel??!!!!

I've stayed in many an economy motel. This one - from location, to general vibe, to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in our no smoking room in a no smoking building - was so bad, we got right in the car and drove another hour. Despite having prepaid.

Despite check in being advertised as 2:00, my room wasn't ready until nearly 5:00. The room also had no kleenex, washcloths, or hand soap. Save yourself the headaches and stay elsewhere!

The floor was filthy i had to use the towels to clean in with alcohol and the towels were black that’s how dirty they were. The carpet smelled like feet or urine. Went to take a shower and the water to about 30 min before it got hot. We were unable to get proper rags and towels due to house keeping being backed up.

Check in time was 2 PM. We arrived just before 4, and a room was not ready for us, so we had to come back later. There was no soap in the room, so we asked at the front desk, and we were told none was to be had (they said they had ordered soap, but was sent shampoo instead), so we had to go out and buy our own..The air conditioner, which we set at 60 degrees, barely put out any cold air.

Just not a welcoming type feel going to the hotel front desk, people were dressed all different so you couldn’t tell the difference between the workers or customers, my first night i had issues with the toilet and it wouldn’t flush and it over flooded the floor so went to front desk to tell them and they said 6am they would have someone come fix it but nobody showed up SMH even after calling them again still nobody showed up so had to use the toilet and my friends hotel near by. I will never stay here again

Second year I've stayed here for the Ohio Scottish Games. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Looking forward to next year's stay.

Very musty....Carpets filty all over, hallways and rooms. Needs a complete makeover. Bathtub was concave and small with small shower head. Not a comfortable atmosphere. Had no choice at the time of night that I checked in and was traveling with a pet...Limited choice. Inn was in the back of another building while dodging potholes in the parking lot. Best ...was the reception staff!!

Room was very dirty. Unclean bedding. Holes in walls. Sink was cracked. Tub was sinking. Floor was dirty and sticky. The safe in our room was broken. 3 people in our room and they gave us 1 towel. Then was very rude when we asked for more. Pillows were non existent. No drain in the sink. Blood on the bed, bedding and walls.

King Room was clean and spacious. The room showed wear, but was comfortable. Until sunset we were gloriously serenaded by bagpipes and drums practicing for the competitions tomorrow.

The staff seemed unable to handle check in efficiently. Our room is not clean and everything is beat up. The road in is all pockmarked. No Kleenex or luggage racks. I’m using the ironing board. I guess you get what you pay for

We were in town for the Stones concert at Cleveland Browns Stadium and this place was relatively cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Hair on the sheets and all over the bathroom, especially along the edges of the tub and in the corners. Mold on the ceiling of both the room and bathroom. We actually didn’t see any roaches or other bugs, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is old and has seen better days but the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s that. Wouldn’t stay again if I could help it.
