Really very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The Front Lobby staff were great. The restaurant and bar staff great. Everyone friendly. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great place to stay.

There were some stains on the furniture in the room and on the bathtub. A book in the room or info in an app to let you know about hotel info would be nice-- facilities, restaurant and bar hours etc. But that being said, the staff provided all of that info for us. The staff was what really stood out at this hotel. They were so friendly and helpful, even remembering our names and room numbers. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. We were evacuating for a hurricane and their kindness really made us feel welcome and calmed our nerves. For much of our 2-night stay we saw the same staff, so I'm sure it was all hands on deck for a storm. And they still did a great job even though I'm sure they were tired. The free breakfast and coffee were great perks too by the way! Thanks so much!

There was water dripping off the ceiling of the bathroom which was very odd and they had the water shut off for a few hours and it was inconvenient to say the least but the stay itself was not bad I just wouldn’t say it was good or great

Everything was excellent this trip. 1 thing I had a problem with is no microwave and Im disabled, I cant go out to the lobby and heat up my food by mtself because im in a wheelchair. I think every room should have a microwave.

When traveling and you want a clean safe place to stop in Mobile,Alabama stop in. Even if you travel with a pet companion or service animal...as do I...they are accepted...not because it is the law, because they care. The beds are comfortable. The water is hot. The food is really good. The staff is AWESOME!!!

We stayed here for 1 night after a long day on the road. We checked in very late - like 3 am, but the staff was helpful and had the key and room ready for us when we arrived. We would stay again.

This hotel is in need of mold remediation and shouldn’t be able to pass an inspection of occupancy. I’m not sure if multiple floors of this hotel went though a flood event or if the ventilation is simply that bad - but the tile floors were always visibly damp - the carpets, you could feel it. The staff is friendly enough, doing the best with what they have.

It was a nice stay for the weekend for me and my daughter. Pool was nice, Beds were comfortable. a/c didnt get as cold as it should have, i had it set at 68°f and i was still sweating during the night. Breakfast was good. Resturaunt was really good. Bar drinks were great!

Hotel appears to be very old and out of date. No phone in our room, no microwave in the room, no ac in the halls, dirty looking scratched up doors to the rooms area looked unsafe. The staff was friendly and engaging which was the only redeeming value of our stay. I would not have booked this location if seen in person.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was right inside of this hotel. A restaurant with a full menu, a bar that served whatever drinks you like, a pool and more. Stay was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend staying there on your next trip.

It had a smell and was outdated a little no coffee in room. No cups for ice or drinks in room. Smelled moldy in hall. But over all a good stay!

It was great, nice, relaxing, very family friendly. Only thing I would complain about is the room cleaning service. I asked for my room just to be vacummed and take out the trash for because im in a wheelchair, but it was never done. I didnt complain to the manager because my niece helped me the next day take out the trash.

We arrived late and wondered how our late check in would effect our reservation. We were welcomed and in our room in less than 10 minutes. Bed was awesome. Room and bathroom was extremely clean. This hotel will be a future stop on our next trip.
