The room had scratches on the walls anf the furniture was chipped in several places.

Room was nice. Staff friendly. Property as a whole needs updating and cleaned. Sorry carpets, walls, tiling and ceilings. I would have expected the upkeep to be better for a Hilton.

The door in my room that connects to the room next door was missing the doorknob. This left a giant size hole in the door. People in the room next to ours were able to open their connections door and see into our room and reach their hand through the door and unlock the room. When I went to the front desk regarding the issue I was told there were no other rooms available. I was also told they were not able to fix the door. I asked for a temporary solution and was given a piece of paper to tape over the whole myself. I felt very unsafe the entire night and did not get much sleep at all. Also garbage was pulled up in the hallway for the duration of our stay.

Checking in was fast and great. Once we came to our room i was greatly disapointed. I am not sure if the bathroom waa cleaned or not bit it definitely needs a deep clean. Moving on to the bed. I found crumbs and hair on the matress and sheets. After calling the front desk twice, we were moved to a room that was lacking cleanliness as well (the desk waant even wiped down) and to a smaller bed than initially booked. I was offered a verbal $5 (!) dollar discount. After finding hair in this bed as well we finally decided to check out and get a full refund. It was frustrating to then find a hotel at 11 pm that same night. Absolutely disappointed

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns on our cross country trip and this one needs lots of attention. Some of the issues are not within management’s control- noisy car next door, roaming cats in parking lot. The condition of the interior is within their control- squeaky doors that don’t completely close, lightbulbs out, overall cleanliness of rooms.

When we checked into the hotel and received our key cards and went to our room, the key card didnt work them we were approached by a guy and he said he was the maintenance man he help us getting into our room and changed the battery on the door so our key card would work. The problem we had is that the maintenance man was wearing black sweats that were sagging and showing his boxers not even wearing a uniform. The next morning we got up to go do some activities and when we came back to our room later in the afternoon we noticed that our room was not cleaned by house keeping, bed was still messy and no fresh sheets nothing, no fresh towels in the bathroom and the trash was still in the trash can from the night before and when we check out sunday morning there were ants all ny the trash can because the house keeping didn't do there job. My wife and I will not be staying there again seems like this place needs to retrain there employees to be more professional

The staff was friendly and ready to assist us. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The location was right of the highway exit. My goal of a relaxing weekend was fully met.

The hotel was so-so....looked kind of run down, inside and out. Room was pretty clean. We honestly just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, so it did the job. Probably wouldn't stay there again if in the area....

Coffee was in the room, but no coffee maker, there was a spot for a mini fridge, no mini fridge, also no hair dryer and a lamp didnt have a shade on it.

I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Mirrors, desktop, windows all had fingerprints , smudges that were quite visible in room 323. Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Water leaks ( perhaps rain) noticeable throughout facility.. Juice machine at breakfast not wirking. Not the standards I am used to with Hampton stays.

Super simple check-in and friendly service. Room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Location is great and I felt safe, even with a late evening check-in.

Would not recommend. Pool was closed our entire stay, breakfast was out of most things, phones did work, no one would answer when I called from my cell.

Horrible conditions! Dirty, bugs and mounds of sheets in the hallways. Clean or dirty? Who knows! Smells like mold and staff couldn't be bothered to get off their phones. Took pictures for refund and left! Run!!

The people at the service desk were not very friendly. They didn't provide any information as to where things were located, what time breakfast was served, or even how to access the wifi. The room was clean and the beds/comforter/pillows were amazing! The shower was hot and had good pressure. The tv service is basic and we didn't have a phone or hair dryer in our room, but a housekeeping person did bring us a hair dryer. They were all friendly. The breakfast is decent and the morning staff was friendly. It was quiet and felt safe. I'd stay again if in the area.

I made this reservation for my husband and when he got to hotel last night, they wouldn’t let him check him because he didn’t have the exact card I made the reservation with. Not sure why? Stayed at this location for a good nights rest. The loud music until after 1 am at the bar next door made that entirely IMPOSSIBLE! I’m extremely disappointed, tired, and frustrated!! I called front desk as well as the bar next door and just got an “I’m sorry!”. Glad I spent a considerable amount of money for NOTHING! 😤

I’m not really sure how the housekeepers are told when there is a check out but beating on my door and turning the handle a few times made me wake up way before the 11am check out that was told to me when I checked in. This happened a total of 6 times and scared me to death each time.
I would also like to comment on the can on used chew in of the drawers, a wad of chew in another draw in the room, the mirrors had streaks all over them and the window unit window was disgusting; mold, spider webs and lint wads all over the white shade.

Toilet wouldn’t work, was told I could come get a plunger(didn’t work when we first got there). Housekeeping didn’t stop by. Only 2 towels and 3 people in room and asked for extra. They never came. Had to switch rooms for second night after complaining about toilet again. Patrick was good though.

Very noisy next door bar and even moved us but still noisy. Would not put us across the hall on other side of building until the next day. No milk for breakfast.

The poor girl at checkin couldn't stop saying she is going to quit because she was the only one working and expectations are just too much. Took her several minutes to get to me and then the system was down adding to her frustration and mine. I was there three nights. The tv and remote didn't work and the firm alarm loudly chirped the second night. Barking dogs groups of kids in the halls all night long so sleeping was out of the question. Facilities were in good shape. Convenient location. Cleanliness in public areas needed attention like hallway's elevators and eating area.

my doorlock did not function my entire stay. The battery was dead, my card never worked. I was told numerous times the battery would be changed, it never was. I had to get an employee EVERY time I needed entry to my room.

My room was comfortable. The employee Dezell was Very kind and helpful!! She made herself available to me if I needed anything and made sure I had what I needed.
The thermostat on the wall kept acting like it was going to work but then kicked off and never did start at all.
There was no shampoo in my room and when I asked for some they said they were out.
There was no cold water or tea to drink with breakfast, and the woman at the counter, I wish I remembered her name, did not seem to care about me wanting some and told me she could get me some from the sink.
There was also no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers I tried, and the disinfecting wipes by the breakfast area were totally gone. Once again when I ask the woman at the counter she just said there was none and she had no idea where she could get any for me and did not even pursue any kind of resolution whatsoever.
The ice machines were only working on one of the four floors so that made it very inconvenient when that did not happen to be the floor I was staying on.
I would like to hear from some who cares about any of these issues to compensate at all for the inconveniences. The hand sanitizer and the disinfectant wipes are pretty important things not to have available at this time.

Maintenance issues, 1 safety-broken receptacle plate leaving exposed wires inside receptacle box. 3 others, plug for lamp at same receptacle bent badly, white shade on window broken, won't go up, or down. Lamp on the desk does not work, neither bulb, or plug on the lamp base.
All other Hampton Inns that I have stayed in for work, and leisure have always had microwaves, need to ensure better, and verbal communication that they have to request at check in time is required.
