Usual Ibis hotel fayre. The air conditioning in our room 507 was so weak we had to sleep with the windows open. If you are like me and no stranger to 3 square meals a day, the shower cubicle may be a tight fit!

Personel at reception friendly but only spoke French. After a long journey no drinks available at bar. It was only a couple of minutes after 11 pm. Personel didn't seem very involved about any issues of client. Besides of that the room was very tiny and not to speak about the bathroom. This is really unconfortable to move around.

If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready.

The hotel is convenient for the station, the breakfast buffet was very good, the evening menu is limited. The staff were super friendly. The bedroom was small, the bathroom and shower tiny. Disappointed there was no kettle in room but I would stay again.

I find the place very well located for business visitors in Tours, walking distance to Train Station. As of now it will be my preferred destination whenever I am visiting Tours.

Very clean. Staff very good. Very very small space with barely enough to move around. You could never fall in the bathroom as there was only room for one person to stand between the sink, toilet & wall! Standalone shower good but door was so so small you had to go it sideways until you were in it. Despite this, it was very adequate for a one night stay. Restaurant in hotel a real plus.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. The neighborhood is a little on the rough side but it is very close to the train station and therefore very convenient. We felt quite safe even walking in the evening. The room was small but workable, and the bathroom was incredibly small but a very good use of the available space. They have a convenient breakfast option and free coffee/tea/juice in the lounge area.

They were on reform, so breakfast had to be served in the room. Bathroom is very small eventhough was very cleaning. There was no computer available for guests, so we had problems to confirm flight back to our country.

The room is small. There's no kettle, minifridge, microwave, more over there's only one trash can, and it's located in the washroom. You won't be able to do much more than sleeping or showering there. But still a good location

There's not much to do in the area (it's a good 20-minute walk to the center of Tours where you'll find restaurants and shopping), but the hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Staff were good and there's a secure car park next door - hotel can validate the car park ticket. On the downside, the bathroom is very small, if you're 6 foot tall, you won't easily fit in the shower, and the hotel is circa 1980s

Rooms very small, Im 5ft 7ins and I struggled in the bathroom, room 620. Bed and linen excellent. Parking was fine next door. Because of the excessive rain we had to eat in the restaurant, not cheap. Towels small. It looks as though corners are being cut.

Very comfortable but air conditioning and ventilation a bit lacking. Room got a bit stuffy in the night but they provided a fan which solved the problem. Would be concerned if hot weather. I have found this centrally controlled ventilation system at other Ibis hotels and its not ideal.

Same small, clean, neat room as all other Ibis'. Comfy bed, uncomfortable pillows. The train station is straight up the road, and all major sites are walkable as well. The hotel is on a street full of hotels. Decent places to eat start from about a 15 minute walk away. There is a cinema that shows a few original version movies (with French subtitles) a bit behind the station. Wifi was good but you did have to re-log in a few times (not as often as with other Ibis' I've stayed in). Staff hospitable and spoke good English.

Convenient location from the train station and good value for the price. They only provide an all in one soap and shampoo, so it's probably worth bringing your own if you plan in staying for more than a couple of nights.
