Great budget hotel. Good service. Breakfast was decent (Japanese and American) and is good in a pinch or rush. Upstairs floor little creaky and thin ceiling so could hear some walking, etc. Free parking was good addition and felt safe. Lots of things very close by in Torrance.

The only complaint was that the room was right off of Western, so we got to hear all the traffic all night. Kind of disturbing.

The hotel is an excellent location, close to all highways and 20-30 mins away from a number of tourist attractions. Our room and the hotel in general smelled and looked very clean. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and especially appreciated the free parking.

Clean enough- did have a bug on my bed- small spider- no hangers in the room, small dorm style ironing board, bed was super hard. Breakfast not served on the weekends. Probably won’t stay again.

Great value for the price, location was great for what we needed as just 20 minutes away from the beach and 25 minutes from downtown LA. Beds where very comfortable as well as the size of the room.

Honestly I was surprised at how clean it was inside. I genuinely felt safe although it is a older hotel, it just seems like someone else took it over and is trying to make it better. The room was very clean and IT HAD A BIDET! I haven’t been to any hotel in California with a bidet yet so that was very cool to me.

Left my hair straightener in drawer - I called they said someone already checked in and housekeeping had not reported anything lost or found from that room …. Meaning they cleaned the room and never checked the drawer …. I waited for the guest to check out for them to call me and question me on the description of MY STRAIGHTNER that I left behind

Perfect for a quick last minute get-away without spending i sane prices on a room. My only complaint is that the ac units in the room are really loud and they produce a high pitched whining noise. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and they have japanese snacks in the gift shop.

Bathrooms were not clean. There was a strong smell that I noticed in the hallway. Room itself was decent. Not enough closet space to hang clothes. Requested for a crib for the baby, no one had access at night and then it took them the next day after requesting repeatedly to provide the bassinet.

We really enjoyed our study. It is a simple and clean room but very spacious! The beds were extremely comfortable and I think the best part was it included a Japanese toilet! I did not connect the dots that this is a hotel that caters to people from Japan and it was a pleasant surprise! It was my first time experiencing a Japanese toilet! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I will lovely stay there again if I'm back in LA.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel especially given the price range and that it’s in an industrial area. It has a pleasing Asian esthetic that includes Toto washlets in the bathrooms along with large, new soaking tubs. The room was large, clean; the bed very comfortable as was the easy chair. And it had good desk space. It was also quiet-at night I could leave the window open. When I did use the AC it was a newer unit and reasonably quiet in the circulation mode. The breakfast was well priced but there are great restaurant options just 5 minutes away in old town Torrance. Clutch and Coffee is a stand out for breakfast.
