Very nice. Front desk friendly and efficient. Very tasty breakfast although at 8:45 they were out of several items. They did replenish fairly quickly. Only criticism is that chair in room was very uncomfortable.

It’s a decent hotel! I love that hallways and rooms smell neat and clean! My personal faves are their fitness center, pool and sauna!!

Room and bathroom very clean and nicely appointed. Pool, hot tubs and steam room were great. Cookies 4-6pm such a nice treat. Good proximity to Main St. Good cocktails in the bar. Service was great. Kudos to server Mars! She was wonderful.

We had a WONDERFUL experience during our first time staying at Peaks Hotel! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were delighted to find a hand written note wishing us a happy anniversary in our room upon arrival. Thank you so much Rendra! It was such a nice personal touch and we have kept it as a momento of a great trip! We will definitely be staying there again.

We loved our stay here so much we extended it a day! We had stopped here while on a coast to coast road trip and it was exactly what we needed to recharge and get some good rest. The sauna especially helped! Our room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the midcentury modern aesthetic. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t the friendliest, no pleasantries exchanged at all and although the breakfast was included it wasn’t very good so we had to find breakfast elsewhere.

Stayed there in July 2024. Our room was right next to the hotel lobby. Around midnight, a bus pulled up and left off about 40 guests who arrived after a wedding, waking us up.from our sleep. They were extremely loud, yelling across the lobby, laughing, and stomping around, partying. We thought surely the staff would tell them to quiet down but after about 10 minutes, it continued. I called the lobby and asked them to tell them to quiet down. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. They still continued to be loud. After another call, it got a bit better but then these hotel guests were stomping and laughing up.and down the halls. The walls are very thin and the people next to us were part of the party crowd and were blasting their tv. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin, we could hear them using the bathroom in way too much detail and even washing their hands. Then, once again, around 2 am, more guests showed up in the lobby, yeliing and woke us up. We asked for a different room the next day so we wouldn't be right by the lobby and the staff agreed to move us. They also compensated us for a meal at their restaurant. That was nice but didn't come close to what we paid for our stay and horrible night. Since we didn't get hardly any sleep that night, it was an expensive rough start to our vacation. Staff said they couldn't do anything else because we paid through Expedia. Breakfast was a disappointment. It was a beautiful presentation but didn't taste good.

Check in was unfriendly almost rude, we were traveling home from Sturgis every hotel we’ve stayed at let my husband park his bike up front under the cover. He was asked to park it below in the lot. The walls are paper thin and hear everything in the hall and upstairs even down to the toilet flushing. Another reason for choosing this hotel was the tv channel being first game is the season my husband after a long day of rising wanted to watch the game. Wouldn’t connect the tech that came shockingly spoke no English and used an app to try communicate needless to say the issue was not resolved! Breakfast at 7 am still was not set up by 7:45 I gave up!!! kids running around the area un supervised touching the food and drinks. Check out was just as unfriendly good job she didn’t ask how my stay was!!! Very surprised at the amount of staff that spoke no English. If you are looking for sleep, peace and quiet pick somewhere else!!

We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and spas. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pleasing room and lobby decor. Chocolate chip cookies at 4pm were delicious! We will stay here again.

We had a great experience. First, we were upgraded from a Standard King room to a King suite complete with kitchen, sitting area, two-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Second, the morning breakfast was convenient and an upgrade from a standard hotel buffet. Third, the extra large hot tub outdoors was roomy. Fourth, the pizzas at the restaurant were easy to order and enjoy in your room. Fifth, parking was convenient and accessible. Would enjoy another stay!

We loved that the pool was open until 11pm. so many properties close the pool early and this allowed for time with family and friends to relax and talk. The steamroom and sauna were great as well. The gym was open until 10pm and was really nice. we really enjoyed our stay.

The Peaks hotel was an amazing stay! No nice, comfortable and convenient to our restaurant reservation. We could walk there. My husband enjoyed the sauna and steam room. And I enjoyed the complementary breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and much more. Would definitely stay here again!

It was okay. Rooms were pretty nice, but the common areas and pool area need work. Kept running out of towels at pool. Not enough lounge chairs at pool. Breakfast was provided, but it was marginal. Kept running out of food items. Hallways and stairways were run down.
