Nice hotel but no ev charging point as listed on website.
One of the main reasons for picking that location.
Very disappointing and caused anxiety.

I like that this type of hotels still exist, that hasn't redocrated themselves into being super expensive. Here you get a classic Spanish hotel very central and to a very good price. Easy to get around in Zaragoza - 20 minutes walk to both La Romareda and old town, and a tram station just outside.
I hope they keep it like this and dont modernise and push up the prices cause this is perfect.
Nice and helpfull staff too.
Truly recommend staying here.

I spend 100+ nights a year in hotel rooms, so I am not a very fussy person. I always prioritise location over luxury, and I don’t like to pay more than £60 per night for a singe (sometimes I have to). This place was just under £40 per night, which was really good, but the hotel has a serious plumbing problem. The water keeps getting insanely hot (as in scalding hot) as soon as someone flushed the toilet or uses the sink. The noise from bad plumbing was also a serious issue to sleep and in the morning. I have never seen such crazily bad plumbing, I mean, it’s a hotel! I told the receptionist and I hope they fix it.
This already would have put the place on a 2 to 3 star max review bracket. But I also need to refer to the really not interested, completely oblivious woman at reception when I arrived late afternoon on Thursday. She could care less about informing me of what I needed re maps and transportation to the two train stations, and spectacularly also neglected to tell me the tram is literally 2min from the hotel and takes you straight into the old town (and back). Not mentioning this was incredibly inconsiderate - I have a bad knee, although I am young, and I had been asking her about buses.

Nice hotel close to the city centre, tram links and also a nice cafe/bakery which serves excellent continental breakfasts and sandwiches.

Stopover en route from Javea to ferry at Bilbao. Fair price, helpful staff and large underground secure car park. A bit old-fashioned and a ten-minute walk from Old Town restaurants. Would stay again.

Nice location, the hotel is a bit old but was enough for one night.
There was a bit of a pipe smell/humidity in the bathroom but not a problem when the door was closed.
The staff was very nice.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night & I couldnt find a fault with it. The room was clean & presentable. There are no major frills with the room but it provides the essentials. Wifi connection was good & so my overall experience, at this hotel, was very good

The hotel location is great! Its located right off the main street (Gran Via). You have many things near, Tran station, train station, super markets, stores, cafes, bars, fitness gym, and in walking distance to El Tubo (the main center district), ....etc.The room was clean and the housekeepers were very nice and helpful. However, there was a problem with a smell from the hallway the would come into the room upon entering. The hotel really needs to fix this issue. (A €1 can of air freshener from the supermarket helped me to deal with the issue). Keep in mind the hotel does not have a fitness center, swimming pool, or other amenities other than a very good working wifi and a bar restaurant. In Zaragoza, you definitely want to get out and explore the city! Overall, I had a very good time!

Staying here reminded me of the hotels that I would have stayin in with my parents in the 80s It has "real" keys, and a dated but functional feel.

An excellent hotel in a good location. Like many Spanish hotels they will not turn the air con on until "summer" has arrived. Our room was like a sauna - but very well appointed!
Main restaurant was closed for dinner, so we had to squat in the bar, which at least had a bit of a buzz.
The location is very central for sightseeing in Zaragoza, but needs careful navigation to find.
Need to pay extra for car parking (normal in city centres)

Fabulous hotel quality at a "hostel" price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very good hotel with a very friendly, efficient staff. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The breakfast buffet was good and a bargain compared to other hotels.I have visited. If you are driving the underground garage is a plus in the heat of summer. Although it was picked due to the proximity to the people we were visiting, it is within walking distance to the major visitor sights of the city. The Grand Via shopping area is less than a block away and leads to the other shopping and tourist sights within a 20 minute walking circle. Transport is good with buses and taxis easily accessible a couple of minutes away. There is also a new tram line under construction 100 yards away that will connect you easily to the complete city. I will be staying here again on our next visit to the area.

It was a very central hotel.
