Staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. Front desk personnel was a great help with giving directions around town and providing recommendations. The shuttle driver at the hotel was amazing! He went out of his way to familiarize us with the subway system! The room was comfortable and what needed for a night.

This property is showing its age. The bed was fairly uncomfortable, both the bathroom sink and toilet had leaks, and it appears that the hallway carpeting is vacuumed only intermittently (since the crumbs that were there when I checked in were still there days later). I would have alerted hotel staff to the bathroom leaks (which were minor), but the service I received there was so poor on Day 1 that I avoided the front desk completely for the rest of my stay.

The holiday Inn bunker hill we stayed in for two nights was the absolute worst managed motel I EVER stayed at, I’m 67, 1. Pre booked a king bed , got a queen, 2.they tried to charge for parking for the two nights when the pre pay stated parking was free, 3.told shuttle was running that afternoon,it didn’t, 4. Used shuttle the next morning and when we called for pickup that evening we were told the shuttle isn’t available , get back the best you can, 5.all of the breakfast food was overcooked both mornings, dry, 6. The hotel restaurant was open for dinner each day, we planed to eat there after a day of touring and then being stranded to be told there was hardly any food available to cook by the hostess, 7. When checking out they tried to charge us for four days parking when we had free parking and only a two night stay. Unbelievable! George Gilliam. PS the ice machine worked very well, thank you.

Hotel staff was friendly, lobby was pretty, room was nice. My only complaint was the shuttle service was horrible! I rented multiple rooms with family arriving at different times. No one was able to use shuttle service with everyone being told different information.

The TV was not turning on, then I tried to call front desk and the room phone was dead. The room doesn’t have a safe. My room wasn’t cleaned and they did not provided clean towells one day.

Had to walk up a sketchy dark hallway after taking elevator to top floor.. room had zero view (literally couldn’t see out the window) bathroom was tiny. Hair in tiny shower stall.. not what I’d expect from holiday inn.. been a IHG member for years.. probably choose a Hilton honors property in the future.. stayed the night before at holiday inn bunker hill (Boston) also dirty.. garbage and smelly linens in hall when we checked in.. still there in the morning when we checked out.. this reminds me to leave google reviews.. I have photos.. also hair in shower in Boston also.. poor staff training

My family had a hard time sleeping because the thermostat in our room didn’t work and it was 85 degrees in our room for almost the duration of our stay. At one point, maintenance came and switched it to manual mode, but it never recovered. We were worried about making a stink.

Location was great! Close to downtown Boston (2.5 miles).Had shuttle to take you into Boston and pick you up. When arrived they couldn’t locate our reservation. Once found they claimed the room was not ready. Chechen time was 4 pm and it was 4:10 pm by the time they located the reservation. They tried to give me a small room which was half the price I paid. The hotel is old. Sink was cracked in several locations. Nothing around it, had to walk 1/2 mile to find a restaurant. Overall it’s not worth the money they charge for the room.

my room was not cleaned at all when we stayed there and no hairdryer in the bathroom.I called the front desk, they said somebody will clean the room and bring a hairdryer but when we came back to hotel, the room is not cleaned and no hairdryer.

Once unpacked, we realized that the bed was only a double instead of a king size on the paperwork. We spoke to Franklyn Mitchell (manager) and he agreed to a 30% discount for both nites. We found that acceptable. I am awaiting a credit from hotels.com for the 30%. Thank you.

The a/c wss so noisy and dirty. The slarm of the neighbord wake us all. And we heard the neighbord when he flush the toilet. We heard everithing between the rooms. However, the guy at the office was kind and he accepted to cancel the rest of our stay.

Great property. Great room and staff. Walls/Ceilings a bit thin bc you can hear every footstep and vaccum cleaner. Outside at night-various noises: loud music from car, sirens, etc.
