Average on its best day, this place is old and run down. The first thing I noticed was the weird scale of this hotel. The low ceilings in the hallways close in on you and make you question your decision to book there. The wallpaper is peeling at the seams in the hallways, the furnishings in the room are chipped along the edges, and the windows haven't been cleaned in awhile. Aside from the windows, nothing is obviously dirty, but the whole place just feels worn and dated. Its fine for a one night stay if you can tolerate a hard bed. The heater kept our room warm all night. I appreciated having a clean microwave in the room. The best part is the view.
The charge for parking is a little ridiculous.

This was a last minute booking, I just needed somewhere to stay for my two day trip. Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly. I was told parking was one price but was charged more. I was checked into a room that was at the end of the hall where there was a few storage rooms and the emergency exit which I did not like. However they kindly switched my room.

It was 10/10 best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting LA

The rooms were clean and staff was nice, Room service was not so good, had to go down to get more condiments, there was a very distinct smell when getting off the elevators, the cleaning staff I mostly saw were just chatting with each other in the hallways. They did not eve clean our room that day.

Great hotel in the hart of Burbank. Very affordable and close to bars and restaurants.

Plumbing was not working for a portion of my 2-day stay. A basic requirement for me to rate a hotel well is having running water, a flushing toilet. This was a massive disruption to my stay.
I requested a refund and have not heard from management, now a month after my stay.

Love this hotel it has a great location quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around the staff is excellent.

It's not the most customer-centric hotel I've enjoyed checking into. The same goes for finding particularly helpful when it came to breakfast. The "cafe" was inattentive and was not worth the wait wondering when I would be served. The good thing is that there were plenty of options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Staff is always very friendly and remembers me. Love to stay here.

We had an overnight stay on our way to the airport. The hotel was impressive and the room comfortable. We had a quick breakfast (self pay) which was well made.

My only issue was the comfort was the mattress are not comfortable.

It's a bit expensive for what we get. The room that we got is not the upgraded one. Location is great with nice food options and close to Burbank attractions!

Great place great price. Close enough to Dodgers stadium and Universal Studios to make vacation /driving stress free. Near downtown Burbank a lot of dining choices

Did not realize how centralized the hotel was so we were able to explore the great restaurants and malls nearby.
Staff were super friendly, professional, and attentive.
Will be staying there again in the near future :) thank you for your service!

Don’t be deceived by the fresh outside and lobby. The rooms are straight out of the 80s with the same puffy chairs and banquet carpet that was likely put in when they opened. Floors are stained, the ceiling is chipping, cabinets don’t shut, elevators show the wrong floor numbers. The best thing was the service crew at the bar and cafe. They were personable and great at what they do.

We booked a king and received a full, maybe a queen at best. We did not receive any housekeeping during our stay (2 nights), and there was no communication regarding housekeeping. We only had two bath towels for two adults for the entire stay.

A little outdated but the rooms are spacious and clean.

The only downer was that the restaurant closed at 10pm. On a Saturday night after a Dodger game.

Trash was left under the bar sink that made the room stink. Besides the stench the room was very spacious. Front desk clerk was not friendly.

Everything went ok, until I missed my shuttle at 12pm. The guy never called for shuttle pick up and I’ve been waiting since 1145am.

Great place, affordable place to stay in Burbank. Close to BUR. I hope they update some of the rooms as they are a bit dated. Overall nice place bang for your buck.

Its a nice clean hotel. The lobby is chic with a decent cafe and bar.
The room is a bit small, but it comes with a fridge and microwave.
It was fun for a weekend getaway.

Great staff at front desk. Gym was equipped with the basics and wasn’t busy. My room was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner but over all it was a great stay

Average stay, for the cost and deposit way to expensive, sheets were not clean bed was stiff no comfortable

We stayed here a year ago and maybe we got an upgraded room, but during our trip this year the "Holiday Inn" really showed. Carpets were ragged and dirty, wallpaper ripped off walls, and a room with a direct view of the parking garage. The service was good, but they need to renovate badly. We won't be back.

Clean , staff friendly , comfortable , most off all quiet , safe surroundings ! Great stay

I think we were put in one of the least desirable rooms at the hotel. It was not a full hotel so I can't imagine why they put us in an out of the way room with no view.

So glad to have a late check out option...
