The hotel has a not pleasant food smell

As soon as we reached our floor there were food particles in front of a few doors and a plastic wrist band on the floor in the hall way. Next morning there was a plastic bag in front of 2 different doors which looked like garbage and the garbage can in front of the elevator was overflowing with garbage.

I have stayed here several times, so it is convenient for me. I was hoping to get a small bite in the restaurant around 8pm, but the options seemed to heavy to go to sleep on, so I had to go to a local market and get something to microwave in the room. The only concern with the room is that the toilet seat was loose. The TV is a little dated.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the rooms. The time we stayed no service at our room even if we took the do not disturb sign. The hallway had an old odor coming from the carpet.

It was good overall but there was trash in the hallway that had never been picked up the whole time I was there

We’ve stayed in all 3 of the hotels in this area and this is the only hotel I wouldn’t come back to. The bathroom was dirty, hair on the wall, dirty fingerprints on the doorframe, water spots all over the counter. The room felt old and unmaintained, cracked tiles, dingy tub, worn out chair, tv had 3 rows of black lines running through the picture. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, beyond a normal hotel mattress. Bad communication at the front desk. We were told how to access our room but we were not told that the exterior doors could not be accessed with the room keys after a certain hour so we had to drag our luggage back around to the front door. The walls were thin and we could clearly hear everything on both sides (including a light sneeze). In addition, we were woken up with a wake up call that we didn’t ask for. Disappointment doesn’t properly sum up this stay.

Outstanding Performance

The service was all great the only complaint was the bathroom the toilet is very close to the sink making it very hard for a female to get ready, and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable

Overall average room, bed was hard and not comfortable but it was clean.

I expected more from a HOLIDAY INN.

The customer service was good and room was comfortable. The location is convenient to local events.

Fifth floor near elevator ahas garbage smell, don’t know why. Half the property face highway, which is noisy. Can hear highway noise during night. $15 breakfast too expensive, not so worth it. Overall average.

Never again

this was a quick solo trip for me. rooms were super clean, i got to see the pool but not use it. seemed like pool area was really nice. bar and restaurant is on site till 10pm. about a quarter mile down there is a huge shopping center with plenty of food and stores which was convenient. one thing i loved is they have dove products for use in their bathrooms which was really nice! only complaint is i used the gym and it was extremely hot in there, and there water machine was broken. other than that great place for familys, couples or solo trips.

On their website it says that breakfast is included, but it is not true… They charge you $15 separately per person

Beds felt tired. Rooms were tired. In need of a freshen up! Normally Holiday ins are that good refreshed standard . This one wasn’t that. Even the elevators felt sorta shabby.

Worst mattress I’ve had in a hotel in years. So saggy in the middle I didn’t use a pillow because my head was so much higher than my low back. The bathroom floor was sticky. The corridor smelled moldy.

The only thing that worried me this time on our stay, was one of the elevators was having issues. It was first noticed when we were going down, we were coming from the 5th floor to the lobby and the elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor for about a minute. The door tried to open up but they never did, almost like it was jammed/jamming. It then finally continued to the lobby and we were able to exit from it. The other instance during our stay, was when we and another guest were trying to go to our respective rooms from the lobby. The guest tried to go to his floor, using the same elevator that was talked about earlier. The door to the elevator closed but the guest never left the lobby floor, the door just kept opening back up for him. Eventually one of the maintenance people walked by and fixed the jammed door, but at that point we had lost trust in that elevator and decided to share the next one over to go to our rooms. Other than that, it was an excellent stay!

Love this place child friendly, clean, and hotel is non smoking

Water turned off for two hours couldn’t shower & when we wanted to brush teeth black water came out the sink , lobby smells bad, toilet was clogged when we checked in. Hotel is also very old it’s say it’s more of a 2.5 star hotel. I’m in a wheelchair due to a leg surgery so it wasn’t comfortable for me

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is close to stores, restaurants and coffee.

i was disappointed with the overall maintenance with the hotel. carpet tattered and looked terrible throughout the hotel. the laudry room was a disgrace and looked like it was duck taped together. just simply had the appearance of nobody caring about how guests felt.

We like the bed very comfortable. We didn’t like is difficult to connecting wi-Fi internet.

They front desk phone didn't work. Couldn't get a hold of them.

Noise coming from the air conditioning unit. It sounded like something was moving or living in it. Management checked it and said it was fine but it sure sounded like a rodent of some kind.
