Amazing location right in the heart of the West end. Easy access to covent garden, soho, china town, oxford street and regent street. Great hotel, service and bar / restaurant. Great quality breakfast.

Great location for our needs.

Brilliant hotel and location! The mist comfortable beds in London.
4.0
Very nice hotel in London's West End. Within walking distance to most theaters. This hotel was very clean and efficient. Nice restaurant. Food was good. Breakfast was a little pricey. Twin room was small, but typical for English hotel rooms. All staff, with the exception of one in reception, were exceptionally kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
4.0
We stayed in the hotel for three nights of which first night in the small and basic standard room and the following two nights in the nice and spacious suite. Hotel’s location was centric next to Covent Garden and it took only few minutes to walk to the nearest metrostation. Service was good and the breakfast also, but they should have been so since the hotel was pricey, the suite app. 700 euros per night.

I give this hotel full marks for staff, location, and fabulous room.
My wife and I were absolutely delighted with our stay and will return when next in London
1.0
One of the worst stay in london. Location wise it could not have been better. But room had electricity circuit problem of some sort not letting me use hair dryer nor kettle(which was filthy inside). I tried calling reception about 5 times in total but no answer. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Three star hotel at best

Although we only live 25 minutes away we do love to experience our wonderful city as tourists. We booked here due to the location and we were very happy with our choice! The hotel is spot on, the staff were so welcoming and kind. Big shout out to George for making our stay even more special! Great breakfast, in fact probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay!

The kindest people work there, and I intend on staying there again.
Excellent West End location, walkable to everything.
Very nice, quiet room to come back to every evening for our four day stay.
Purchase the breakfast at or before checkin as the price increases substantially afterwards.

Great location near theatres with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Very spacious room with a big comfy bed. Room included a mini fridge which was ideal for keeping drinks cool in the warm weather, also with a Nespresso machine and good selection of tea bags. Great selection of toiletries and extras in the bathroom, along with dressing gowns and slippers. Couple of slight issues firstly the air con which was difficult to find the correct settings to cool the room. Also there was sporadic noise from the road outside but not frequent or late at night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
4.0
Two-star hotel masquerading as a four-star.
They couldn’t provide the simplest things, such as hand towels or washcloths, in the room. I asked for five days.
Staff wakes you up while the do-not-disturb sign is on the door to check the vending items in the fridge.
The heated towel rack didn't work, and the list goes on…
Staff requires proper training.
For this $$$ rate, stay at the Covent Garden Hotel. It offers 5-star service from a well-trained staff.

Excellent location. It’s so walkable and near several tourist attractions. Also the train station is a short walk. This place also has a delicious breakfast every morning. I highly suggest you add it to your booking. The only flaw it has is standard rooms are extremely small so if you have a suitcase bigger than a carry on you can’t get around the room easily and can’t store your many of your clothes.

The best feature of this hotel is its central location in the 7 Dials neighborhood. So many dining and shopping options in a picturesque area, close to Covent Garden and theaters. The hotel is a 3-star property with basic service and amenities. Guests receive free bottled water. The bathroom is our premium room was very oddly laid out. Your shoulder touched the vanity when you sat on the loo. The glass half panel in the shower was strangely easy to move out of place, which happened three times despite attempts not touch it, leaving the floor flooded. Also, we did not receive face cloth towels after the second day of our six day stay. Lastly, there was no benefit from being a Gold level Expedia rewards member.

Beautiful and clean accommodations! Convenient to multiple underground stations. Lovely area with great shopping and dining!

I booked my reservation in advance through Expedia with breakfast included. Unfortunately the hotel refused to honor it. I Can’t recommend this place.

Bad points..requested a room with minimal walking due to a disability which was not given. Room was not ready on time which for a disabled person is not acceptable. One of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in which for the price we paid is well below my expectations. TV had issues, (screen kept going black). Good points..Breakfast was nice.

Love the location of this hotel at Seven Dials. Nespresso pods and water kettle provided in the room and a refrigerator. But I enjoyed the coffee shops just steps away. It’s a lovely pedestrian friendly area of Covent Garden, easy walk to multiple tube stations. Staff was excellent and responsivle as well.

Very nice property! Kind staff who accommodated a request for two beds and didn’t up charge us.

Room and especially bathroom was tiny and not a workable space. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel, fabulous breakfast & friendly staff, double bed on the small side is only criticism. Always stay here though

The hotel was nice and breakfast was excellent. Our only problem was that we had requested a twin room and the hotel was unable to provide this. It made us realise that even when booking twins on hotels.com this can’t be guaranteed, and would put me off booking for a friends trip like this through hotels.com against

Great spot in covent garden.

Staff were very kind and courteous. Location is phenomenal; walking distance to dining and shopping galore. The hotel has a very nice modern lobby with plenty of seating. Ice water available in the lobby was plus. 4-stars for housekeeping since they never vacuumed for our 5-day stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location right on Shaftesbury Ave - perfect for pubs, restaurants, Covent Garden and theatre!!

Second time staying here. Rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Location cannot be beaten.
3.0
The hotel was in good condition, the location was excellent. I upgraded to a suite and was disappointed in the room. it was a little bigger than a standard room and had a round table but it was just mehh. I was looking for a little bit of comfort or style for the additional money was left disappointed. I would consider going back as everything else was fine but the room upgrade is not worht it.
6.0
We enjoyed our stay in general but the bedroom AC was either too cold or too hot. It was so humid in the room at all time, they have no fan in the bathroom so the humidity cause everywhere. The elevator stopped working on our last day and wouldn’t come up to the 5th floor. It’s centrally located.

Perfect location. Nice hotel!
