We went for a mother/daughter trip and we were very pleased with this hotel. They have and still are working on updating and it looks great. If we ever go back to Mystic CT, we will definitely stay here. It was also very close to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village shopping. There are also several restaurants close by. Easy access to I95.

I was unsure why the desk clerk had to take my license and credit card and leave the desk area with it as I checked in. This in not a comfortable feeling because my information could have easily been stolen. Otherwise the stay was fine. The beds were comfortable.

Flew in from the West Coast for a graduation ceremony Stayed for three nights. The hotel is under construction. The rooms are really nice. The doors don’t quite seal off the room so lots of light comes in from the hallway, bathroom door does not close or lock. There was fresh towels daily bed made every day no on site laundry facility so if you wanted to Wash your your clothes while you’re there, you can’t you have to go elsewhere

I have stayed three nights over the last month while visiting my daughter in college. Friendly staff at the front desk. Hotel rooms are recently renovated, comfortable beds and the price is reasonable. The breakfast and coffee in the morning is a bonus. Convenient location close to the highway but you don’t hear it. I will be returning throughout the school year.

Generally fine, and in accordance with other reviews, but - first, although the website listing says that their pet policy permits two dogs per room for a fee, when I got there, I was presented with paperwork that said only one dog was allowed per room. Second, although this says it has an EV charger, it did not appear to be Tesla compatible. I would also note that the metal frames on the beds make a ton of noise if you have a restless sleeper or somebody jostles in to furniture during the night.

It was ok, people in the hallway and room next door were loud. It obviously not the hotel’s fault, but walls are very thin. Workmanship wasn’t very good, holes in the shower walls, handrails missing bolts, toilet rocked a lot. Shower head wasn’t in great shape. We have stayed in a lot of quality inns and this is the first one that the continental breakfast did not have egg sausage, bacon fries. This one had very basic breakfast, but it was breakfast.

The room was adequate but had some issues. The first time we tried to open the mini frig door it fell off it’s hinges onto the floor - it was not attached and had been propped up on to the front of the appliance. When I tried to open the window it too fell forward and I had to lock it closed to get it to stay in place. For $250 a night we should have reasonably been able to assume that basic features would be functioning.

The hotel itself was fine. The outside could use an update. The breakfast offered was very unapealing. I suggest sending someone over to Spark across the street. They had an assortment of fresh bagels, coffee, yogurt. Not the little breakfast bites offered at Quality Inn. It wasnt a lot, but it was appealing.

Newly renovated rooms are very nice. The room was immaculately cleaned. Our tub, though, had a crack in the bottom which made me worry for the room under us. The continental breakfast was a little lackluster and could have been better, but was fine for what it was I guess. Staff was friendly and helpful.
