Don’t like to leave bad reviews but pulled sheets back to put my toddler to bed. Sheets had urine stains and hair on them. Had to get new sheets delivered. Pretty gross.

Great location right off the interstate and near several restaurants. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was adequate for a quick bite before hitting the road. My only complaint would be that the remote for the tv didn’t work - there was a note stating as much, saying to use the buttons on the tv, but I had no luck getting it to work.

We have stayed at this location probably 30 time. We go to see friends that live in London usually twice a year and we always stay here. The location is great, next to the RT75.

Hotel was OK but there were guests that were slamming door shut for a while and it was annoying. There’s probably nothing the hotel can do about it but just wanted to put it in here. Also, we got some smell of cigarette smoke in our room, not sure if it seeped in from the under the door or what but it was weird. The room didn’t have that small when we first walked in.

Bad experience. Went thru 3 different rooms to try and find one without problems. Finally gave up and stayed in room with super loud heater that didn't work properly, a sink that wouldn't drain, loose tiles in bathroom and what looked like blood stains on walls. Desk clerk cannot be reached by phone, have to go in person to report problems. If you get lucky, you'll get a room without problems. If not, you're in for a bad night.

This was a last minute booking on our way to Illinois. Checked in about 9:30. Had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because the attendant wasn’t at the desk. Got in our room and had no tv signal. Remote didnt work the way it should. I tried calling the front desk 6 different times. 5 times on the hotel phone and once on my phone. No one ever answered. Since I was already in my pjs, my husband went down to the front desk and found the attendant outside. He told her the situation and she said she didn’t know how to fix it. He told her to call a manager because we paid a lot of money for our room. She responded by cursing at him, and taking the Lords name in vain. We never did get a response or solution to the issue. When we left this morning, no one was at the desk. We will never stay here again. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and my husband said it felt like he had a spring sticking in his back all night.

Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok. Stains on the carpet in the hallways. Floors in room had scrapes and grooves like things were dragged across the room. Beds were hard. All three of us woke up with back aches. Construction on Main Street makes it difficult to know how to get to entrance. Starbucks, gas station/convenience store and restaurants all within walking distance. Overall it was just ok. It seems when these hotels start to get older they do not remodel.

Pleasantly surprised by this room and hotel because it was so inexpensive! The internet and other booking sites offered our king-sized room from $146-$186, but it was $104 through Hotel.com! It even had a pool and a free hot breakfast! Free cookies were offered next to the check-in desk.

Quiet property. Starbucks and Slim Chickens right next door. Texas Roadhouse across the street. There is construction at the light so it is awkward turning into the entrance to the hotel.

This property had dirty floors throughout and there was a large hair ball in the dirty floor behind the bathroom door. My feet were dirty from walking in our room barefoot. Carpets had dirty stains throughout. Our bathroom shower did not easily turn on I had to push really hard to get water to come out of the shower head. The stairwell door was locked &I had to go back up the stairs and take the elevator down. Big safety concern! Way too many flaws for an 8 rating. I would give it a 5-6 star rating.

my partner and i stayed two nights to visit family in the area and we loved this hotel! we were greeted by very friendly staff and our room was in excellent condition and just like the picture. they are very relaxed about pets as well, we adopted a dog while down there and they just asked for $20 and for us to fill out a quick form. we enjoyed the pool and pet area, but the fitness center is well.. questionable. only cardio, just a treadmill and elliptical and my man was disappointed that he couldn’t really work out since i booked this one and told him there was a gym! that ones on me though. great property, great people, great vibes 10/10 would stay again!

The front desk clerk was really very indifferent and mechanical when we checked in. I would avoid your hotel if I had to deal with her again. We’ve started at the property before and no complaints. She put us on first floor and when I asked to get on higher gloor she just said “no” and handed me the key as if to say “take it or leave it”. Novv be apology. No manners. No courtesy.

Almost ever tile in the entry way of the room and bathroom were loose. Every step you could feel the tile popping loose. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was below average. The waffle makers were plugged in and hot but there was batter. No toast or bagels.

The only thing i liked is that property is right next to the high way. Carpet smelled. The room wasn't that bad but a little dirty. Shower towels are too small also.

Good place to stay for a quick overnight on the way to our final destination. Hotel has been updated somewhat in rooms but some common areas were pretty dirty (stairwells, hallways, elevator). Room was relatively comfortable with new bedding. Floors not carpeted so a bit cold and not as comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was quick.

The man we checked in with was less than pleasant. He seemed annoyed that we were checking in. When I went down to ask a question about the pool closing time- he was sleeping at the desk and I had to wake him up. The room was tidy but there were some beard hairs left on the counter from a previous stay. The pool was mediocre, the lights were flickering. The breakfast was very good.

Staff seemed almost indifferent. Steps and hallways needed swept. Colleague tried to check in at 530pm and was given an unclean room with no sheets and used personal protection items on the floor. He obviously left and went to another hotel. They still tried to charge him even after he was told that he wouldn't be charged. My room was clean but seem to have a humidity problem. The tv seemed slow and would periodically not receive signals. Possible cable issues maybe. It was an ok stay but I would probably not stay again unless i had few to no other options. This particular hotel was next to a slim chickens and a Starbucks. Sort of convenient and bothersome all rolled into one. Was woken up at 330 in the morning by the Slim Chickens crew. They had pulled their stainless prep tables out into the parking lot to power wash. Pressure washer was noisy enough by itself without the crew being loud.

The suite was filthy. Bathroom has human hair over it. The sofabed hadn't been cleaned underneath. There were some sort of fabric and crunched up potato chips under and behind the sofabed. Floor was sticky. Would not recommend.
