Excellent location and such great staff. Had a junior suite which gave us plenty of room. Easy walk into the town and lots of places to eat.

The building is wonderful, the area perfect for Nimes. But the room is very poor, dingy in fact. And it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The bathtub/shower is actually dangerous, as it's difficult to step into and out of. The paneling pinned up on the walls looks and is cheap. Your rooms need a big, and I mean big, makeover to make this a real fourstar hotel. As of now, the rooms say more like 2+ stars.

A very beautiful historic building, close to the main attractions of Nîmes, like the Maison Carré and the Arena. Important: it’s located in an extremely narrow street, so it’s very difficult to reach by car. There’s no place even for a short period. Parking in a shopping centre two blocks away, which can be an inconvenience if it’s raining or you have to much baggage

Friendly staff at checkin. The checkin was a breeze. Our room had a window into side street so no view - but it was expected. Room was clean and spacious. We didn't take breakfast. Breakfast is available on daily basis if needes. The inner courtyard seating area and the main staircases are beautiful.

The staff were extremely helpful with advice of sights and where to eat. Their recommended restaurants were just around the corner., with some awesome foods. Just remember that parking is at a premium in historic parts of a city. The parking we choose was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. However, the staff helped remove the luggage upon arrival and load it ipon departure.

If you like eclectic, this is the place for you! The entrance to the hotel could be easily overlooked from the street and we got lost trying to find it at night. A doorway with a tiny sign fixed flat to the wall. There is a lift from the lobby to our 3rd floor unit, but there are changes in grade between the lift and the room requiring stairs. So good luck with your luggage. And the staircases are outdoors, i.e. open to the sky! The unit has three rooms: toilet, bedroom and shower/washbasin, so after using the toilet one must pass through the bedroom to use the washbasin. That seems odd for a renovated hotel that the toilet and washbasin would not at least be in adjoining rooms. The shower room has no door so no privacy from the bedroom and cools to common room temperature. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel with good location, 15 minutes walking from the train station and walking distance from main attractions. Staff is very friendly and room was really spacious. Nice breakfast even if plant-based options were missing to replace dairy products (butter, milk and yogurt). The buiding is so beautiful!

Hotel is in a great location convenient for walking around Nimes. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty small but clean(we did just book a standard room) and did not rate the breakfast that we had only once - not good value for money. Would still recommend this hotel for a short break though
