Room was very cold when we enter , try to put heat on but couldn't . Phone wasn't working . Went to desk and they did send a service man who fix the problems , Found the pool towels very small to use. . Woman pool bathroom was all back up and unusable . Otherwise we found it comfortable to sleep and enjoyed the pool.

Awesome place, everything walking distance, great place for kids and adults, clean and great staff

Place was very nice and the staff were great. The only thing that threw me off were that the room I had wasn’t very clean. There were visible spots on the floor and a stain on the comforter. They also allow pets there, so that could be part of the reason.
Location was great and very walkable to everything and the pool was phenomenal.

Was a nice hotel for a couple night stay. Bed could have been a bit better and the hotel and room a bit more updated, but overall I thought it had a great location close to the harbor. Pictures of the water view from our room.

Great location and parking. Wasn't a fan of the room...right next to the pool and tables are right next to the room sliding doors so we had kids swimming and screaming for hours!

Great location! The area felt safe, was very walkable with multiple dining options nearby. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was helpful but the facilities, specifically the rooms, could use a refreshing. Carpets were worn and the rooms were a bit dingy. I love the idea of the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, etc. but they do need to be checked between customers as certain items were low or empty in my room.

Great for kids, clean pool area & splash pad

Property is overpriced. Not that clean and rooms are dated. When we arrived they gave us a room in the lower level which is a basement. It was very humid. I had to request another room. It would have cost us the same for a nicer hotel in downtown Boston! Only good thing is that it’s in downtown Plymouth which all the restaurants.

This place is in the thick of it regarding Plymouth proper as there are plenty of attractions and restaurants near by. But, the place is dated. The decor is uninspiring and some of it is in bad shape. The rooms do not have microwave ovens. There are no places to hang things while showering, speaking of which the shower/tub is very slippery. Our AC unit was loud. The bedding was comfortable but if you want it made up or a daily towel exchange you have to know to ask for it ahead of time. We were first booked into a 1st floor room which is at basement level. It was cold and damp and we immediately had it changed to a level 3 room. There are four levels. Security seemed appropriate and there are ice and vending machines available at several places on each floor. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Regarding a value proposition, you are mainly paying for location.

Perfect for families

Our room looked ok but I touched the area beside bathroom sink and a piece of glass cut my finger. Obviously someone had broken a glass and it didn’t get cleaned. We had 1/2 roll toilet paper and no extra, and the refillable soaps, lotion, etc were empty. Luckily we pack our own soap. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

When we arrived at our room we were greeted as we opened the door to an overwhelming smell of mold and must. Upon entering the room we found molded curtains, lamp shades, bedding and stains on the walls. The room was on the first floor and the conditions were unacceptable. No hotel should have rooms for sale with the conditions we encountered.

We booked a last minute overnight stay to visit the sites in Plymouth. We had a lot of fun in the pool and on the water slides. The front desk was super helpful and accommodating.

Simple but very good clean hotel with a nice pool. Walkable to everything and plenty of food options in the area.

Very sad that there is no restaurant for breakfast during the week.

This place has location going for it.walkable to everything. Hotel itself is run down on outside could really be spruced up some. Hard to see the sign itself. Ran out of coffee at 8am and front desk was not very attentive. Room was clean but bedding thin - bring a blanket. AC unit hard to regulate. Noisy at night.,

It is a nice location convenient to everything, I think they should offer complementary coffee. It would be welcome after a long trip. And the breakfast at certain times , is 18.00 which is nothing more then a free continental breakfast at the chain hotels. The room prices seem to be average clean and comfortable. I just think there should be more immenities.

We were in the lower level, the carpet felt damp. The bathtub was yellow, outdated leaking tub faucet that had caulk around it and low toliet. Coffee vending machine didn't work and a worker at the desk said quote. " I don't know anything about that machine, never used it" The women that checked us in was nice and it went smoothly. 18.00 breakfast buffet, wasn't anything special and didn't get it. The pool, splash pad and whirlpool were nice. Stayed there because it was close to a memorial hall event we were attending.

We had adjoining rooms, so one of the rooms was noticeably hotter and smellier than the other. The hair dryer didn’t work. Judging from the ceiling, there had been an extensive leak at some point, which is probably why the one room smelled like mildew. It also was 8-10 degrees hotter than the adjoining room, despite having the air conditioner on full blast.

Great stay.

Overall I did like the hotel and staff. We had a room overlooking the indoor pool which means the room had no natural light which made it dark and dungeon like.

Attracts a cheap crowd - witnessed a business transaction for an "hourly" event.

The staff was terrific. I paid to have a room on the main floor facing the pool and we ended up on the ground floor which I was not happy about. Our bedside table had fingernails on it - that was gross and our sink was dirty.

No hassle and that’s a major part of what makes me return and bring others

The location of the hotel is very convenient to sites and attractions. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The beds were quite comfortable unfortunately the overall condition of the room was tired. The furniture should be replaced and the tv had no reception. Lastly, there was a vent blowing freezing cold air into the room which we couldn’t adjust. The hotel staff tried to find another room for us but, there was no room. They tried to do what they could to remedy the situation but had limited options.
