Terrible check-in experience. Usually trying hotels chains I am not a member to see if I can do better than Hilton and IHG as a high mileage business traveler. And booking manager. I just never expected that the experience of checking in could be traumatic at any hotel. This was.
Had to call Hyatt customer service to be able to check in at the hotel. Because their hotel employee refused my reservation saying that I didn't have a reservation because of my compounded last name. He refused to talk to the agent on the phone saying that was a me problem. Etc. Finally after speaking to Hyatt they were able to independently get in touch with the property so I could check in after a 6.5 hour drive. Never not even at a confort inn on the road have I encountered this level of treatment and rudeness from a hotel employee. Train your people. Never again Hyatt! Your follow up was not there either.

We went for the weekend. We were in the valet line for over 30 minutes. We couldn’t even pull into the property. That was just the start. Took over 10 minutes every time we needed to use the elevator which was at least 3-4 times a day. Once in the elevator you had to have a key to choose a room button. If you wanted to go to another floor to visit a friend they had to go down to the lobby because they could only press there floor and you could only press your own floor with your key. It was annoying so have a key for the elevator fine but who cares what floor you go to? You can use the stairs for any floor anyway so it doesn’t make sense. You can’t turn on air in the room lower than 69 which just makes the room so still. I’m always hot so this was frustrating. Starbucks was out of all the frink mixes inside the hotel. But the worst thing of all is that there were kids running the halls and stairs nonstop. It was so loud. There is an atrium are so if you are on rooms 5 and below which we were, get ready for loud as can be nights until at least 11. It was heartbreaking because it wasn’t worth the money even though it was clean, smelled nice, etc.

Just a one night stay, but they worked with a mistake in booking that I made. Very appreciative of this as I was there for surgery the next day. So thank for your cooperation.

Facility was a little dated and shabby around the edges. Light came through worn spots in the curtains. Bathroom sink had a crack through the middle of it. Entrances to the hotel showed holes above the door where the branding had been changed. Seemed like the property had former glory days.
I liked the glass elevator rising through the lobby to provide an outside view.

Customer service was AMAZING!!! The best I have received in a long time. I usually take my bags to the room but the bell hops were all amazing making sure I had assistance getting bags to my room. Front desk, Rose was a sweetheart made sure I had extra towel and wash clothes brought to my room and she was just overall pleasant to speak with! Amazing job Hyatt….if I’m ever in Baltimore I know where I’m staying

This hotel was located in a great area, it was clean and the staff was very nice. Especially the gentleman at the front desk. There is a restaurant on property. Parking was pricey.

Zero soundproof. I felt was neighbor was going to the bathroom next to my bed.

Just a brief stop after visiting Amish Country. Was concerned about staying in Baltimore which does not have a safe reputation (as do other large cities). Loved walking along the Inner Harbor and felt safe.

desk chair and 'sofa' seating was not comfortable; light bulb was burned out on arrival on one of the bedside tables--exchanged it with a desk light bulb.

I rhought the hotel was great and in a good location. The 3rd floor garage connects to the inner harbor which was convient. It was a short walk to Camden Yards. Hotel staff was friendly. The beds were fabulous!

Check in time was 4:00. We arrived at 3:30, were, “put in the cue,” and told we’d receive a text message when our room was ready. We checked back in person at 4:45 and were told our room was still not ready. We said that wasn’t acceptable, as we were watching lots of folks receive room keys, including our friends, who had arrived with us and were given keys at 3:30 (they were also offered a late check out). The receptionist left to talk to someone for about 10 minutes, then gave us a room. It seemed like it had been quickly cleaned: there was dental floss on the floor and the bottom sheet was not tucked in. Still we were happy to have a relatively spacious and comfortable place with a nice view of the harbor to rest in for a bit before walking to the baseball game. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Our room was amazing! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The staff goes out of the way to make sure your stay is exceptional.

Great stay, had some issues checking in where key cards didn’t work, and when we got them working our room was already occupied. Toilet was weird, it was an industrial/commercial toilet.

After dropping my daughter at university in Washington DC, my son and I made an overnight stop in Baltimore to catch an Orioles game at Camden Yard. That part of the trip was quite enjoyable. When we checked in the folks at the front desk were quite good. One person seemed to be a veteran and the other possibly new as she needed a good deal of assistance from the seasoned worker. Despite answering questions frequently from her coworker she was quite fast in checking us in and getting us to our rooms quickly. The room had a musty Odor and everything inside was quite aged. Bathroom was small and there was no tissue. I called and politely asked for some and no one came. I called back 2’hours later and then someone brought toilet paper to door. I apologized and said I needed tissue as my son and I both seemed to have allergies and possibly a cold. I was told I should have asked to Kleenex and said to myself that’s a brand not a description but whatever, he brought back some Kleenex on next trip. Unfortunately on walk to Camden yard, I clumsily fell and tripped over curb and scratched up arm, knee, and rib, slight meniscussprain.brushed off, we continued our short walk to the ballpark. When I arrived I was bleeding from arm, and the great people First Aid, cleaned it up for me. I got back to hotel and realized my knee had been hurt badly needed a few first aid items or even scotch tape to hold bandage. Was told there was none and her only interest was prepping decks for morningsad!

After a rocky check in process, this property was great for our short trip to Baltimore for an event at Camden Yards. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, and the pleasant staff members had no idea when we might expect to check in. They said we would receive a text when the room was ready. After an hour without a text, we decided to follow up in person. It took a little while longer, but I’m not sure when we would have gotten into a room if we hadn’t persisted.
The hotel was very convenient to Camden Yards. The room was quiet and comfortable, and had a nice Harbor View.
The staff members we interacted with at the front desk were pleasant, but it would be helpful if they could give guests a better idea of when their rooms might be ready.

The property is large and busy and seems to be understaffed. Checking in took more time than it should. Only 2 of the 4 elevators seemed to be working so sometimes we had to wait over 10 minutes for an elevator. The property is well located and the staff was friendly

Property is convenient if attending a Baseball Game at Camden Yards. Plenty of nearby options to choose from for food. Late night can be sketchy so be aware of your surroundings. Hotel, staff, and amenities are top notch. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service made the trip that much more special.

Given a room with a bathroom window. Broken vertical blinds and open to building door Given a new room. Hot water from both taps. Was told to flush toilet to get some cold water. Had hot water in toilet! That was an interesting experience!
Older establishment. Good upkeep otherwise. Staff was friendly. Clean. Dining expensive

The only concern I had was that there was mold in the bathroom. There is no ventilation so the moisture has no where to go.

One of the night I asked front desk to bring lotion to the room and there were no staff to deliver it. In huge hotel like that was only one front desk personnel.
