Excellent. Grateful

Below average. Service was terrible. We were charged an amenity fee for a day we arrived at 10pm. Had a room over a conference and all noise, music etc went through our room much past midnight.
All in all, not enjoyable.

First the front desk individual we super rude and didnt say hello, they were juast nasty. The hotel is under construction and was full of dirty rails and clothes everywhere outside where the pool area is and smelled horrible like mold on the 7th floor our room was supposed to be renovated but the rug is coming up off the floor and wall. The master bathroom shower was unable to use as we couldnt get it to open it was as if it was lock.

I really enjoy staying here. This was my second time. So much with a couple of miles but you really don't need to leave the property. And its across the street from the beach. They have a really good breakfast and an amazing omet station! Happy hour is really nice too. Only complaint I would have is the noise. During the day they are doing upgrades and renovations to the building, which is great but the banging and machine noises dont stop all day. My room was close to the elevator so at night it would bang a d rattle and sounded like someone stomping on the floor.

The hotel is great, the location is what we love the most. The management decided to remodel the hotel and paint the exterior walls, which is great, but they should have made some kind of information available to possible guests, there was horrible. We could not do anything is the room because the noise after a few minutes was unbearable. If we knew that the hotel was in that process we wouldn’t have stayed there this time.

We were last minute evacuees from Hurricane Milton. Our reservation at a VRBO turned out to be invalid. The Embassy Suites welcomed us with their last available room. While we chose to board our pets, ES had relaxed their pet policies to accommodate the evacuees, which we thought was extremely generous.

First time at this location , it was better than expected

Deerfield Beach Embassy Suites was very handicap accessible. Thresholds were flat in most cases. They had a spacious handicap suite for us. The bathroom in our suite was enormous and had so many grab bars. There was a removable shower bench in the tub and the shower head could easily be lowered. The dining table was at just the right height and the kitchen appliances were located underneath the prep counter. The pool and the hot tub had handicap seats for lowering you in. You could even sit in your wheelchair near the ocean to see and hear the waves. We had four children and two adults in the suite for four days and there was lots of room. My daughter loved the extra room with the sink, counter and giant lighted mirror. The staff was very attentive and accommodated our every request. We brought two dogs with us and they were treated well by everyone they met. Our family will definitely recommend this resort to one and all. It was much better than our weeklong stay last year at the Ritz Carlton in terms of handicap accessibility, attentive staff, pool amenities, daily free breakfast, daily free happy hour, and decor. The multitude of wall art and table displays at this hotel are very fun and beachy. This extra effort was appreciated by my entire family.

I was staying during an eye surgery recovery so needed quiet. Not only was there construction, but the fire alarm went off twice. Loved the location! It will be very nice once the construction is finished

We stay at this hotel two or three times a year. It's pretty expensive with all the resort fees. So expensive that they should not be forgetting the water that comes with said "resort fee." I paid $17 for a frozen rumrunner that was menu priced at $13. The drinks are not "tropical." They are watered down in a plastic cup, and you have to wait 20 minutes to even get one. There's only 1.5 hours in the night to get those "free" drinks. That should be available to guests all day long for what we pay. It's a great hotel, but all this nickel and dime for every little thing is ridiculous. They even bolted the shampoo/conditioner to the WALL! We always have a great time in Deerfield Beach. It's Florida's little piece of paradise.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with two little kids. The property was very nice and clean overall. However, there are a few drawbacks: first, other than hanging out at the only outdoor pool or beach with the kids, there is nothing else for kids to do. It was raining one of the days that we were there and we didn’t have anything to do. All activities from the area are at about 45 mins away from the property and many places didn’t want to pick us up from the property because of the distance. The restaurant is okay, but the food choices are very limited. It would have been nice to have a kids activity room or an indoor pool. We wanted to go for a walk around the property, but there were a lot of abandoned hotels/properties; it looked unsafe so we decided to stay within the property limits. In addition, Please note that from the pictures it seems like the hotel has its own private beach. It does not; the beach is in the front of the hotel, but it is public. Luckily there weren’t a lot of people while we were there.

Charged me for 2 valet parking and we didn’t even have a car and they asked if we had a car and we said no

Normally my go to hotel in Boca. I may be looking for something bettwr after this last trip. Hotel was under construction and half the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was decent but the girls clearing tables kept asking for a tip. I get it but dont be so blunt about it. There were also a.lot of dogs in the hotel. It felt like staying in a kennel. There was dog poop in the hallways which i stepped in. I told the guy at the front desk and laughed. Also thr manager Rose refused to give me her email. So I may try it again but definately looking for something better.

Ordered a room with full balcony and due to reservations we were not able to utilize that part of our room. This was a disappointment. The hotel could not move our room due to full capacity.

I Loved the Breakfast. This is the 3rd time I stayed to celebrate my daughter's BD

The property was clean and staff was courteous and very responsive. The check in staff was very sweet. Biggest issue was the elevators, most were out of service during the stay. The parking garage was sketchy. The food options were good and the drinks at the bar were good too. I wish they had more kid friendly options though. The beach was a short walk away and the pool area was family friendly and quiet. Overall, nice stay and I would return to stay here.

East elevation on the restaurant roof had serious decay and was falling down. Little concerning
Overall a nice property

The hotel was good because you can't beat a room with 2 queen beds with a full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa area with another full bathroom. This creates major convenience for 4 or 5 people staying in the same room. It is under construction so maybe they will fix a few things. Not all elevators were working. The pool seemed overly chlorinated. Great access to the beach. Evening reception was good but could do better with their "snacks". It was chips with salsa and broccoli, carrots, and celery with ranch. Breakfast was really good. They have an omelet station. Otherwise, good for the location but hotel could use some modernization to it.

It could be a 5-star rating, but they didn't explain to me about the hotel fees.

Gteat hospitality team!

Usually this hotel is so much fun to stay at , as well it has so much to offer
However probably because of the weekend crowds , it was extremely busy , , and maybe not enough staff to keep up with demands of cleanness of the busy Areas specially pool areas , and bathrooms , bar
Elevators not working so put more stress on crowds
Still a good place for a weekend

Have Always come here.. but now it's more expensive, for the same... will look for another place for future

Hotel needs some updating and room care needs to be improved. Lack of amenities in the bathrooms and offers free breakfast but not enough food to serve the clientele. Can do better as a resort. Location is the attraction but at some point the service needs to be better.
