The room had been recently updated with new flooring and paint. Only complaint was there was no chair in room other than desk chair. The low score on cleanliness was for something on sheets that was questionable on what it could have been💩We had requested a room on the end and on first floor which was nice since we were traveling with 2 fur babies! The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from, however area was not kept clean after others had used waffle mix , cereal and garbage over flowing! Overall a good stay for overnight.

Nice hotel. Good checkin. Only issue was group of offsite people blocking rear drive with truck and backers, coolers, grill, etc. the next morning there was trash left. It appears this is a regular event. Not sure why hotel allows them to party there and block the rear entrance.

I would rate this as just ok. Clean and relatively comfortable, but not new. Parking literally right outside the window. If you need a place to sleep and are on a tight budget, or get to pocket the savings of your per diem, go for it. But if you can spare another 20 bucks, I would go with the name brand down the street.

The Front Desk Clerk was very nice during check in. I was surprised to get a bag of snacks and a bottle of water after I checked in. Even though there were dogs in the next room I couldnt hear them in our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was in a hurry to get on the road so I grabbed a banana and a yogurt to go, but the breakfast looked good. I would stay here again.

The people at the office were kind and helpful. The hotel is worn and smelly but I was able to get a good nights rest and take a shower.

The room could have been cleaner. There were socks left on the chair from the previous stay. There was food on the wall. Befs were clean though. Breakfast was decent qwth biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and breads, but staff was not friendly.

Everyone was super nice here, and the rooms were clean/cleaned daily. Water pressure and temps were great, A/C and TV worked fine. Lots of parking, close to most everything in Kearney. The only challenge was the really bad smell in the hallways and lobby, like a giant cat litter box.

Not gonna lie i was waiting for the roaches to come out but all in all it was decent. The shower got super hot then cold but not the end of the world. Our sheets were strong debate on if they had been changed there was food and hair on them but even these little annoyances all in all it wasnt that bad....would stay again if driving through and the breakfast wasnt great but they had some options like toast cereal and coffee

The hotel did not have an elevator, but it wasn’t too bad since it only has two floors. We had to carry our heavy suitcase up one flight of stairs. When we got into our room, it immediately smelled of wet/musty carpet. It was very humid inside the room as well as very hot. It felt as though they had to turned up the hot air instead of cool air. The shower had brown-reddish stains around the tub area, almost looked like rust. A minor, but seemingly annoying, thing was that there were only outlets on one side of the king size bed.
