There was one working elevator which ceased to work the second day we were there for quite some time, and we had to walk up to the 10th floor, which was 160 steps!! We felt stuck in our room as we were not informed the elevator was repaired. The parking deck was fine, although getting all our baggage to our car was challenging because there was no baggage cart access to the parking deck.

My husband and I love our stay everytime. We stay 3 times a year, but weekend getaway was ruined with loud family with kids. Had to call to the desk 2 times to get the situation handled.

Great stay. From check in to check out everything was great. We have stayed several times since I have early doctor appointments in Va Beach area and have always had a great stay.

The location was perfect being right at the ocean. We loved being on the balcony overlooking the beach. The suite was spacious and clean. They accommodated us when we asked for adjoining rooms. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good serving a variety of options but nothing fancy. Free parking. Very nice stay and would return.

Our stay was great! It was my girlfriend's first time to Vabeach; to any beach to be frank. Everything that you want in a hotel without breaking uour checking account is here. And i propsed to her in our room. Thank you.

Such a nice hotel. More like a home. TV in the LR and in the bedroom. The bed was fantastic, the view from the 9th floor- exhilarating. Wonderful stay!

Nothing like I was expecting given the reviews. Air freshener was so strong it made me sick. Rooms are very noisy and I had an unsafe feeling the entire time due to low lighting in the hallway and doors left open.

I love this place. 2nd year in a row going for my mom’s birthday. They were kind enough to do something special for her when we arrived and fulfilled my request for a higher floor. Great staff. Cleaning was offered daily. Very FEW hotels still clean daily & I do a LOT of traveling. Right on the beach, almost a straight shot off the highway. I’ll be back!

2nd time staying. Staff was very helpful. I had an early meeting and breakfast didn't start until 7:30. they allowed me to go in a grab some cereal and coffee. The hotel and our room were very clean and nice. Will definitely stay again.

The location of this property was convenient and has a lovely ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helful. The property itself is in need of updating. All the furniture is old and the building needs could use a facelift.

Great stay. Typical 3* hotel with typical breakfast. Bed was comfy, room spotless, shower was hot with good pressure. I have 3 small recommendations for the hotel- add grab bar in shower, update hair dryer (insufficient for women with thicker/longer hair) and add a screen to balcony so you could open the door without fear of inviting insects. Overall, a great stay. Convenient to everything, parking was easy, staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly…. Only one elevator was working most of the time. Wasted time waiting for the elevator. Same problem as last year. You should get them fixed! ASAP!!!

Our room attendant was exceptional! Our suite remained neat and clean our entire stay. Our check in was very frustrating due to the front desk speaking English poorly. Quite frustrating! A fabulous breakfast was served at no additional cost every day to patrons. All other employees we came into contact with were very personable!
