First time visiting Szczecin, at first I thought the hotel was too far from the centre as it was 1.3 km from the train station, however the hotel is centrally located and it is the train station that is away from the centre. Numerous trams and buses from almost directly outside of the hotel take you to anywhere at a reasonable price. Many places within walking distance from hotel. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, after a long day looking around the city, relax in the hotel sauna and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a fantastic buffet breakfast. As usual unable to fault a Radisson Blu hotel.

Really nice hotel with a good location. The rooms are very nice and roomy and the staff is very friendly. The bar is not cozy and the drinks could be better. The breakfast is fine. I would definitely stay here again if I come back

Faculties are well maintained and clean. I arrived with electric car and the hotel had two charges. They however were occupied by the same cars so I could not charge. More chargers are needed. Also the breakfast was so crowded that no tables were available. Staff made no attempt to help us find a place to sit, so ended up having breakfast at the bar.

A number of things went terribly wrong and management - albeit kind in tone - were reluctant to rectify anything. The whole situation was very stressful and not in line with what I would expect of Radisson Blue. Also the pool area is overfilled with families with very young (and loud) children, and there was no hot water in the showers next to the pool.

I have stayed in this hotel eight different visits to Szczecin. I find it extremely easy to be a guest here. The rooms are comfortable, front desk staff exceptional and yes even the breakfast crew remembers us! (And has quite an expansive breakfast hot and cold offering).

The best hotel in Szczecin! It cannot be better when comparing prize to the quality you get. Location is at its best, with no distances to speak of to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Rooms are comfortable, silent and equipped with ventilation systems which you actually can handle very easily without being an engineer. The beds are firm without being too hard and you normally get a “pillow menu” from start, with two different types to choose from. I appreciate that the hotel refrain from putting these hideous plastic covers on the bed under the sheets. All the amenities you may require are in the room, including ironing equipment and water boiler. This hotel is quite sizeable, hence don’t be surprised that you get discount offers/happy hours offers to their different bars and spa attractions. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is ready to serve your wishes. Common spaces in the hotel are vast, with restaurants, longe, reception and outdoor areas. Service is overall outstanding - they were able to offer parking even if there were no places available and front desk staff is admirable - they take care of your service or information needs to help you, and even if you are only one guest among a lot more they make you feel genuinely welcome with a personal, yet professional approach. Note that the hotel has a couple of years of service, hence renovating and updating could occur and sometimes cause closure of the pool or the sound of drilling or hammers.

The room was amazing! The extra bed in the pull-out couch was already prepared with linens and pillows making it easy to settle in immediately. We discovered the Corpunicus club upstairs, great spot for a late night drink. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. The pool was clean and beautiful. Lunch at the restaurant was simply amazing. Compliments to the chef for the Duck & Dumplings dish.

Nice, well-located property, and professional, efficient staff. Had a lovely and relaxing stay after a lengthy drive in from Germany. Thanks! Received a notice prior to check-in about the closure or change of hours in an area of the hotel (spa, I believe), but. I might suggest an advisement regarding the construction around the facility, how to navigate it, and where to park would be extremely helpful.

A bit old and worn but as expected. The rooms and some part of the hotel have been refurbished not too long ago. Clean rooms. Decent food both breakfast and dinner. Nice and friendly staff. Recommended if you need to stay very central. Not recommend if you are looking for high standard.
