The room was bare, smelled funny, was in a bad area that is next to a mary jane dispensary. None of that was disclosed. The pictures on the site are not the same. The bathroom fan was so loud, be the time we were done showering i felt like i was standing close to an airport.
At check out, the lady at the desk had her daughter with her. Very unprofessional setting.

Pros:
- A couple different kinds of decent pillows provided, 5 total on our king bed
- Mattress pretty good, 6-6.5 on a scale if 1 is ultra soft and 10 is ultra firm.
- some of the nicest soft fluffy towels we've encountered at this price point
- Clean room/bathroom/towels and such, including inside drawers
- Breakfast with meat/egg options and particularly tasty self-serve waffles
- Mini fridge had a dedicated mini freezer with its own door
- Pump dispensers for hand soap, shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner where they're needed
- Close to train, but didn't hear it at all after bedtime
Cons:
- No elevator, can't tell when booking
- Biscuits at breakfast require microwaving, and only plates provided are styrofoam. No real butter available, juice wasn't good
- Wifi was on the slow end, might have been a challenge if we were staying long enough to do work.
- Offers support by text, lots of communication about wanting to make sure you have what you need. Staff was friendly but not out of her way helpful on our checkin, maybe just because she thought there wasn't much to do make loading in up the stairs any easier.
- It was rather challenging to take the luggage cart through two manual pull doors to get back into the lobby, and would be even more difficult without two people to help, and the front desk did not offer to.
Overall average budget experience. Not bad, but if we stay near here again, we'd try the Comfort Inn we had considered instead.

From the greeting as I walked in, to the local advice and finishing with an amazing hot breakfast this stay was perfect for the short trip to Omaha. Super clean lobby, presentable staff, friendly reception, clean common areas, halls and room was modern and tidy as well.
A couple notes that are strictly my point of view and opinion. The size of the TV was noticeable, I walked in and just stared for a minute and chuckled. The average hotel TV is up in the 40/50” sizes now and using smart tv apps so I was a bit surprised to see an Excellent Rated hotel in a notable city using a 27-32” tiny tv’s still.
Lastly, in the morning, I was a bit disappointed in the lobby area as there was a gentleman and baby as well as another lady hanging around the desk area gossiping very loudly for all to hear with the desk lady, like friends hanging out shooting the breeze for well over an hour as I got breakfast and later as I loaded up my vehicle. As I went to leave there was a young child seated behind the desk playing on a phone and no adult to assist me. I stood there for a moment waiting before just leaving the key cards and departing. It honestly was a bit of an opposite effect of my arrival where the lady was professional, friendly and made me feel welcome versus leaving was like an awkward feeling with absolutely no acknowledgement or interactions all morning from staff.
Overall I would recommend staying here, very secure, quiet and clean with great receiving staff and simple amenities.

I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in.
The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean.
They do have a nice area where they serve breakfast & they had a nice variety of different foods

This was a discounted $100.00 room. All the reviews I read were excellent. I was surprised, if renovations were completed, to see clashing curtain, carpet and bedspread.
The mattress was comfortable. The blankets were super thin. The room did not have heat on which I realized after having trouble sleeping. The temp was about 60 degrees in the room which would be ok with ample blankets. Finally by 2:30 a.m. the room was warmer. Maybe this room hadn't been renovated yet because it did not look like online photos. If the room was warm when we got there and it looked inviting, my review may have béen higher. We will not return .

One night stay. Clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, not great. Fresh fruit of some kind would have nice. This is a recently renovated hotel. Good for this traveling on a tight budget.
2.5
Clean. TV a little on the small size. The last 30 minutes of breakfast was pretty empty.

Staffs were kind and friendly. Decent breakfast. I like Vinyl flooring. Please remember, it is a budget friendly motel, so I didn't expect much from the hotel, like a swimming pool or hot spa... The hotel definitely meet my basic needs for one night staying.

My day was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was fine and so convenient.

We typically don’t post negative reviews but this stay was the worst experience. We chose this location for the great ratings and the unbeatable price but boy was it beyond disappointing. First off, the two staff behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to say “hello” or “welcome”. Nope, instead, they looked at us as though we were aliens and asked if we had reservations. The property is old and run down, hallways and rooms wreaked of an obnoxious air freshener. So obnoxious we could not fall asleep. Judging by the way we were greeted, we didn’t want to create drama by asking for a different room. The property and room is clean but again, run down. Breakfast was below par, soggy eggs and watered down apple juice. We definitely will not stay here again.

The front desk ladies were phenomenal! Wonderful customer service. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Room was clean. Entrance was a little confusing.

We stay here when we visit the Omaha area. It’s close to the zoo, old market, and Orphium. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

Our only complaint was that the toilets in the rooms were too low!
The staff was great and a nice large room

A good inexpensive place to stay.

A little difficult to find the driveway back to hotel as it sits behinds another busines and their sign isn't out by the road but behind, other than that it was a nicely appointed no frills hotel with a nice size room and very pleasant staff.

Bathroom was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were so wonderful and friendly.

While the hotel and stay was okay, it definitely wasn’t the best. While trying to eat breakfast with our toddler, one of the employees had brought her children to work and the child was disruptive and made it so we couldn’t have a quiet breakfast. It also limited my 2yr old from being able to eat breakfast. The hotel had a strong perfume smell as soon as you walked in. We decided not to stay for the second night even though we had paid for it due to it not being a relaxing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was good, breakfast basic powdered eggs, biscuits and canned gravy, toast, etc

The rose bushes and landscape was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our door key had to be reset 3 times in our 2 night stay. The breakfast offered several options.

The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. It's also right next to I-29, so there is some traffic all night and it picks up to being steady around 5 AM. Great place to stay, as long as you are a sound sleeper!
