Stayed here for 3 nights while in town for the Euros. Originally booked for 2 nights but added a third once we got there and they were very accommodating! The front desk was very friendly and offered suggestions for sightseeing. I believe the hotel was fully booked but it was super quiet, I couldn’t tell that anyone else was staying on our floor. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful. Very walkable to train station, restaurants, nice coffee shop, and not too far from old town area. Felt self late at night. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t super strong in the room, but I may not have set it correctly.

A nicer room than in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise. The people on reception were incredibly helpful and very lovely. There was some noise outside my room in the night but I think this was another guest, which can't be helped.

Great staff. Fully equipped kitchen. Good bed and temperature. Windows have great sound insulation. The only thing is missing - washing machine. There was also some old carpet smell but overall I would definitely come back.

Comfortable room with a kitchenette. Friendly staff, I could check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. There’s a new tax that has to be paid separately, which is strange. They asked for cash payment of this tax, but I didn’t have that and it cost 10 % extra to pay it with a card.

Near by Dusseldorf HBF. Studio type that was very spacious you can place luggage anywhere, and had everything required. Modern and clean bathroom. Just wish the heated dry rack worked though.

Friendly and competent staff. Modern newly renovated room with comfortable bathroom. Windows have good noise insulation. Air condition is quiet and effective. Thank you, it was a good stay.

Kitchen was excellent. Toilette seating was uncomfortable due to the position of toilette roll holder which stick out to my shoulder position. Reception staff were great!

Dusseldorf was a wonderful place to stop by, and we just stayed one night. The hotel was located just 5 minutes walk from the Central Rail Station. The check-in/out was smooth. The room was clean and bright, bathrooms (seperate toilet room) clean and well kept. There was a bit of street noise, as our room faced the front, but not bad. The rooms had no fridge or coffee machine, and the hotel does not offer ice, only cold drinks and snacks from a vending machine in the lobby. (Lots of markets near by) its a short taxi ride, or about 20 minutes walk to the City Center.

Cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. Pros: Cheap, good location, short way from the central railway station, helpful staff Cons: Uncomfortable beds, curtains didn't block the windows and no blackouts. Everything needs to be refurbished, few electric sockets, remote control not working

The location was ideal. After getting the train from the airport, the hotel was within walking distance of the main train station. The room was comfortable and you can buy breakfast at the hotel if you want.

I really enjoyed the 2 day and further 3 day stay I had at this Hotel on my way to and from Vienna and The Novum Congress there. The Staff were outstanding and the rooms were both very spacious. The only minor inconvenience was that Breakfast was in a sister hotel but it was less than a minutes walk. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Dusseldorf due to the Amenities, The Staff, The Area and The Locality.

The hotel is near the train station and a few minute walk from the Altstadt witch is good. If you have kids, it may not be the best choice as there are many adult themed shops in the area. Our room was ok, TV was tiny in our room, nice TV in second room. I would stay again if I was solo. In the Platz in front of the hotel they did some landscaping with tires and palm trees that looks horrendous but thats not the hotels fault.

noise can be heard when the lift door is opened and bangs on the wall or when people is walking up and down the stairs. crowd was rather noisy. but hotel staff was pretty helpful as I was late for breakfast and still allow me to have it.

The hotel was fine for a short stay and is in a good location (not a nice neighbourhood though). However, the man at reception really turned me off staying here again when he would not let me even use the bathroom when I checked out. The bathroom is only for guests he said, although I had stayed for two nights. If this is how they treat their guests, I am not interested in going back!!
