Everything was fine and the room was clean but a bit rundown. Fine for a night or two. Breakfast was limited, but not bad (waffles, cereal, and yogurt). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were checked into a dirty room. We requested bathroom to be cleaned and fresh towels. One bed had a huge wet spot, and bed spreads were so dirty. The handle to get out of the room was so dirty I cleaned it with my supplies. They have no one to tend to these duties when requested. I was made to bag the dirty towels up and take them down to the office to get fresh ones. We will not be staying here ever again… oh and the manager works 2 hours a day M-F per the front office gal that’s worked there since 2023.

Opened the door to my room and was overwhelmed with the smell of mildew opened window to try and air it out. Took a bath in the morning and got out to my room flooding due to crack in tub talked with front desk and was told they have had problems with that before…. Angry that I paid to sleep in a mold room

Hotel will hound you over and over and over even before you checkout for reviews. You WILL get inundated with demands for a good review. I got one the first day I checked in and the second day (only stayed 2 days). 2 weeks later I have gotten no less than 12 emails harassing me for a review, one from the hotel manager directly. What is your major malfunction people?

We stayed for the BottleRock Festival. We’ve stayed here several times and find it reasonably priced, fairly close and quiet….until now. We woke up to find 2 mini vans right in the front of the hotel with their windows smashed. It made me worry the whole rest of the trip about my car.

We stay here a few times a year usually. No matter what room we get, the bathrooms are always messed up in multiple ways. They need to be upgraded/ fixed. The patch jobs look horrible. The fans don’t work. The staff is always very friendly though! Just get the bathrooms fixed.

My friend and i came here on short notice because our other hotel plans fell through. The hotel itself was very clean and so was the room, there was a faint smell in the hotel room but we left the window open and it faded after the first night. The staff weren’t the nicest people but they weren’t rude or unaccommodating. The hotel is right across the street for sooo many stores and restaurants! It was awesome. Overall, this was a good choice.

My sister and her family arrived after midnight and the front desk staff member failed to provide them with good customer service. She was very rude and disrespectful- really inappropriate behavior. My sister and family were very upset and ended up checking out within the first 30 minutes. We had booked room through Expedia so she could not cancel the booking. Will never book or stay at Quality Inn hotel again.

In todays world, house keeping is not daily. We were there 3 nights. When I asked the maid for towels, and asked her if she wanted me to set the dirty ones in the hallway, she made me bring her the dirty ones and counted each type of towel and gave me replacements of exactly what I brought her. I told her that there were 4 of us and that one of the towels was in use and she still would only give me what I brought her. I told her I was NOT going to steal them and I just wanted enough towels for the next day and she still would not give them to me. I have no use for your towels and was very upset that I was being treated like a probable thief. Also Breakfast was horrible waffles, cereal, yogurt and apples everyday was the menu. I have Celiac and could not eat anything but the apples.

Our air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. It would turn on for less than 5 minutes then turn off and not back on again. The room was very stuffy. We were supposed to have a non smoking room but you can smell the mold and smokiness as soon as you walked into the room. They did offer breakfast but there was a sign stating that we HAD to eat in the breakfast room. This is very inconvenient for families especially when we are getting in late and the kids are too tired to get up and go downstairs to eat. It would be much better if we were able to bring food up to the our room. This hotel was ok in a pinch but would not recommend during the summer time or for a long stay.

Our check in went really well. The room stayed a bit muggy even with the AC on, so everything felt damp in the room. The next morning my husband gets out of the bed and finds a blood stain, or something that looked similar to blood on the blanket. Additionally, when we entered the room at check in we looked in the bathtub and saw what we thought was a no slip mat. We only became more aware what the mat was for in the AM when we were getting in the shower; the bottom of the tub was broken/cracked. The plastic that was at the bottom of the tub was glued to the bottom of the tub. We had to be very careful moving around in the tub as we both felt like we were going to break through the bottom of the tub. It was very spongy feeling. This was a bit disturbing to us and honestly, potentially very unsanitary and unsafe for customers. On the plus side, the pool and breakfast were great!

Checking in and out went smoothly. Price was great for the stay. Bed was a little hard for me but not hubby so it's just personal preference. The area was good because there were several restaurants to pick from and a grocery store around the corner as well as Costco and a movie theater. The only negative was the floor made out get completely black. Gross! Don't understand why they don't mop the floors!
