We stay here twice a year. Will, the night manager, always remembers us. Will is professional, personal and so friendly. Will goes out of his way to make sure my husband & I are comfortable. Our room is always clean, the public area is welcoming and there is always fresh coffee! We look forward to staying here.

I was in a room with a roll-in shower. While seated on the toilet, I could see hair on the floor of the shower.

We chose to go out of our way to stay at a Country Inn & Suites because we have always been very satisfied in the past. It's great to have pretty pictures on the walls and an above average breakfast buffet, but the primary reason to stay at a hotel is to get a good night's sleep. The hotel clearly failed to provide it. The room has little or no sound proofing so we lay awake most of the night listening to highway traffic. Very disappointed.

We just spent one night, but found the room clean & comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding in the morning! We were traveling with pets & were very pleased to find a pet exercise area right outside the back door, close to our room! So, our pets are are seniors, & very slow movers, so having that access to the pet area was perfect!!

Had a great reception after driving 12 hours to get there. Desk clerk checked in on how we were doing. Started us on relaxing and gave us all the info to get breakfast and get on the road for the next day

Spotlessly clean with comfortable linens. Only negative is that lights and lamps in the room are very dim making it difficult to work. But staff were friendly and efficient, furniture was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Unfortunately my stay was during hurricane Helene. The hotel lost power for about 24 hours. Staff offered no support services or information. Any information I received was because I asked. This was a corporate problem in my opinion. An email message with practical information should have gone out to all registered guests. As a woman traveling alone my resources were limited and a hotel stay with doors propped open, no fire alarms and staff burning candles and the room pitch dark did not make for a restful night. When I asked I was told that the night staff would walk the floors every 30 minutes and I was offered a flash light escort to my room- huge way to make me feel better.

The service was great and the staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options. It was good enough for a one night stay while we were traveling. I took two stars off due to noise and cleanliness. There was dried pee on the back of our toilet seat and the hand towels were dirty. The walls were paper thin so we heard everyone around us and the cars on the highway.

The exhaust fan was loose and fell down on to the counter top. The staff moved me to another larger room for the inconvenience. However, that room was closes to highway 81 which was very noisy and the room was missing some furnishings.

What a gem! The hotel was remodeled a few years ago, but the staff obviously take pride in the maintenance and upkeep. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was well-stocked & organized and the staff were very kind and polite. What a breath of fresh air!!!

There is construction happening on the street leading to the hotel. There were no parking spaces when we checked in. We had to double park in the lot and move our vehicle in the morning.

Very nice stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was nice and soft and I don't recall hearing any traffic noise even though you could see the interstate from our room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. It even had good sausage gravy, a lot of places fail trying to make that.
My only complaint would be the small pillows so many hotels seem to use now. I have to wad them up like a basketball to use them comfortably.
