No notice that pool and hot tub was out of order. System was down checking in so had to wait after long drive. One elevator did not work. You think they would of given us some form of upgrade as there were three guests booking two rooms. Not the case. Would not be back.

Property was generally clean. Parking area is sketchy with all the homeless people. Toilet seats were weird with washing options. One elevator was out of service. Our room was not cleaned one night for some reason, the cleaning lady was busy on her phone with a personal call when we returned.

Restaraunt and service were good, lobby was nice, but Hotel rooms were not in good shape. Air conditioner had Mold in it so we did not use it. Room was humid and musty and not in good condition at all.

One of the elevator was not working at the time we came, so we had to take the stairs as people was requesting a lot the only elevator available. Also they did not came to change our bed when we left during the day. Except this it is still a good place to stay as the room are quiet and spacious.

The swimming pool was only 3ft. Wish it was atleast up to 5ft or more. It was more for kids. Staff were so nice and kind. Our check in and check out was done so quickly and efficiently. Yes we would for sure come back again..

Only one elevator was working and when you’re on the 6th floor it’s a problem. I asked when the 2nd elevator would be back in service I found out it would be 2-3 months. I would advise staying somewhere else if traveling this summer.

Kids love this hotel for the bidet 😂😂 the rooms are clean - didn't love that there was a locked room joining door that the other guests were rattling trying to open at midnight though!! When traveling alone with my kids I would like this to be noted when booking the room so I can choose a more secure one

Great view to the pond. The bed was quite soft, can be annoying when sharing with another person. The condition of the room, especially the bathroom, needs an upgrade. Relatively quiet at night, occasionally hearing the sound of the train.

Hotel is surrounded by a lot of homeless individuals but that seems to be the norm everywhere. Extremely convenient location with a grocery store and places to eat across the street. We never felt unsafe at all. We would stay here again.

Loved the hotel and lake. Saw family of ducks. Restaurant was great, better than surrounding restaurants. Pool was nice. Unfortunately the neighborhood wasn't the greatest, saw some shady characters. One elevator was getting fixed so kinda inconvenient. No receipt given which i didn't like. When checking in, they thought i had a pet which i did not. Overall great experience.
