Property is not as advertised. There pool and hot tub is permanently closed. Hotel is average and noisy from the near by busy street. Not sure where the 10/10 reviews came from.

The room was clean and comfortable.

This is a basic hotel. Staffs is very nice and helpful.
Hotel looks outdated but very close to capilano suspension bridge. $200 for 2 night.
I smell bug spray chemicals when first enter the room for couple hours until the AC circulates the air in the room.
Carpet is dark and looks worn out and room is not bright enough. Bed is comfy with three pillows each bed. AC/heater looks new and quiet. Restroom just works.
Plenty of pastry for breakfast but no scrambled eggs.
Tv channel most of them need subscriptions.

The hotel was older, but they have made quite a few upgrades. Linens were beautiful, beds were comfortable. The room was spacious.
My only real issues were that the free breakfast didn't start until 7 am, so anyone looking to get on the road earlier is out of luck for that, and there were very limited gluten-free options (only oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit) available.
Overall, for the price, and it's fairly close location to downtown Vancouver, it was decent and affordable.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. You definitely could hear road noise but it didn't really bother us.

The stay wasn't bad. We didnt want service done on the first night and they knocked on our door 3 times, even with the do not disturb sign. We also told them repeatedly we didnt want service.
The bed was horrible. My boyfriend and i had a sore back for 3 days after our 2 nught stay.

Booked for a late arrival and door sign said open 24 hours for check-in, still arrived to a locked door. Called numerous times and knocked for a while, finally someone showed up.

The Morth Vancouver Hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned each morning for us. The courtesy breakfast was a nice touch as well.
I will say, the walls must be paper thin, as a complained was logged about the volume of our TV at 9:30 pm. It was not loud at all.
I felt a little disrespected by the front desk attendant when he called and raised his voice. He could have handled that in a much better way.
Other than that the price was right for our three day stay.

Property are clean

Very convenient for catching Horseshoe ferry. Had a better than average breakfast. Definitely good value for the price.

On entry, the hotel complex is dated but my room was modern and up-to-date, with lots of space a very clean & comfortable lodgings. Excellent location.
Breakfast was bread-items, fruit, some yogurt.

The rooms were cleaned well, but the peeling wallpaper, rust stained tubs, and stained carpets leave a bit to be desired. The breakfast was pretty good and standard, but with some unique options (ham slices and Kraft singles?). My main complaints are the lack of lighting, lack of available outlets not tied to light switches, and the extremely soft beds. If you enjoy a really soft mattress and big, plump pillows - you'll love this motel! I unfortunately do not, so I awoke everyday with renewed back and neck pain, furthering my middling review.

Our family of 3 adults had a comfortable stay for 5 days. Property was as described and at a very convenient location for us in North Vancouver. The room was fitted with modern appliances and cleanliness was good (8/10). The mattresses, however, were not firm enough for our comfort.

Everything is perfect except a strange smelling in the beginning. Not sure where it comes from, but it become much better in the evening.

Everything was fine. Just thought the staff could have provided more information about maps, etc. They basically told us to use our phone.

The North Vancouver Hotel was a quaint stay outside of the downtown core that is conveniently located near bus stops with easy access to downtown and elsewhere. We stayed in a double room with a kitchenette and were pleasantly surprised by its the facilities. It was great for our one night stay and I could see it working well for a longer weekend stay thanks to the mini-fridge, stovetop, and basic eating ware. However, the shower had an upper shelf that was dirty with a used soap bar which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning elsewhere in the room, but we didn’t come across any other issues. The included breakfast had mostly pastry options which were nice but there were no dairy-free or gluten-free options which posed a challenged.

Bed not the best

Convenient location, great value

Close proximity to people I needed to see.

Breakfast was very poor. Terrible quality ham, very limited cereal, weak coffee. Overall left me with a very poor impression.

Property was clean, well maintained, but its age is showing in many places. Staff was very friendly and helpful for bus transportation schedule. Did not like that Vancouver hotels " surge" price when events are hosted in their city. Same room a month later is half the price.

Nice hotel for the price . Breakfast ok . No dinning . Smoking area awful … poor smokers always victimised and ignored .

Good value for the north shore, a reliable staple for the area good price, clean rooms and friendly stafff what more could you ask for
2.5
Professional and friendly service, breakfast satisfying, bus to city outside hotel, same for Capliano Bridge. Priced appropriately if in advance. Recommend ground floor if stairs are an issue.
3.0
Over priced but still cheapest we could find.

It was a alright motel kinda showing its age

It was fine for the price we paid
